The FACT IS, the original employee (who was ACTUALLY THERE when I dropped it off - the owner who fabricated the response WAS NOT THERE when I dropped it off) told me the tracking info would uploaded. Today, I came in with a return and mistakenly thought it was usual instructions to bring in my return without a box or label. Reginald informed me that the system was actually asking for me to bring it in a box or bag for their label to go on. Oops! Reginald didn't even flinch and jumped in with solutions. He said he could tape it up in its current bag and place the label on that or he could search in the back and see if anyone was tossing a box (they were). He placed my item in a rogue box, taped it up and placed the label on. He didn't HAVE to do that for me, as it was my own mistake. I always love giving shout out for extraordinary service.
