They're big square behemoths that barely chug along and we probably install when the store was built in the 1980s. I got the gift cards I needed, but Office Depot needs to put this store at the very very top of their list for a remodel. Stat.

What was delivered was a single 4x6 with several sizes of the same photo -- I could have done it in photo shop in 10-minutes then printed it at Walgreens for $0.39. They did not put the photo in the locket, but returned it empty contrary to their word. I'm a photographer who considered giving them some of my printing business, but I would urge everyone to find different printers based on our experience. We felt ripped off & quite frustrated.

Then I asked for my money back as there was no copy in the items they handed back. It took another employee another several minutes to find the one print. She said they thought they had more time, which I had explicitly stressed originally. The print was not good. The medium was not as expected (which is on me), but then she wanted to waste more of my time explaining the quality (or lack thereof). If a business has to explain the quality of their work, that speaks volumes. If you are looking for timely, go elsewhere. I was so very unimpressed with this company, the staff, and the quality of the communication or lack there of.

Originally he suggested a box but then said that larger envelope with bubble wrap package would be cheaper. I took the cheaper route. I was in and out of this location within 10 minutes! I had no formal art work (only a handful of inspo pics), so it required some extra efforts and creativity from their end. Lots of follow-up questions, clarity sought/received, and proofs provided prior to the project moving forward. There were several people who worked together to communicate with me and make the creative magic happen. I even heard from the company president, Jim Caughorn. I always think it is a wonderfully personal touch to have those at the top get involved and demonstrate their interest in the customer experience. My project was completed very quickly and was nicely protected by wrapping paper when I arrived to pick it up. Recently I visited this store and met a wonderful employee named Noah. He was charming, polite, and extremely helpful. But what really struck me about Noah was unbelievable good looks. This man really got my blood pumping. His hair flows like a majestic river, and his muscles pertrude from his uniform shirt like mountains held in by a dense fog. His green eyes remind me of all grassy hills of my homeland. I am sure to go back and get him to handle my package once more! read more

Greetings, I work for an engineering company shipping with FedEx express overnight almost daily (if…read morenot daily). As engineers we ship soil,dirt,clay,rocks in durable plastic coolers with prices ranging from $104-$600 (X 365 days = $37,960 at minimum) daily. Recently I had a complaint from the service associate stating the driver is complaining about these coolers I sent are dirty (they are a bit stained but dry). Nothing that will dirty your clothes at all. It really sounds more like to me this driver or whomever it is? Is in the wrong business. My company has been in business for decades shipping. These number I have calculated only applies to one employee (me) out of several hundreds. I really hope FedEx management and corporate fix this with their employees, regards.

When we were actively using their service they would…read morejust sometimes not show up or come after our offices were closed and count that as their monthly collection. Then at the end of 2019 they double charged us for service. When I complained, they said they would fix it but they never did. Since I only paid the amount I was supposed to a charge was left open on our account. I contacted them more than half a dozen times and no one ever responded. Then they placed us for collections (for their billing error that was not fixed)! Eventually I explained the situation to the collections agency and they resolved the bad charge. Meanwhile, Iron Mountain stopped collecting our shredding last October, so we signed up with a new company. We asked Iron Mountain to collect their bins from our property and they did. Now suddenly they have started charging us for monthly service again - 8 months after their last pickup! They refuse to reverse the bills or refund their charge to our credit card. And surprise, customer service does not respond to any inquiries. This company is a joke. If you don't want to be overcharged, mischarged and not provided any service then steer clear of Iron Mountain.
