when I tried to talk to the manager owner about the pricing of tape and how ridiculous the cost was the manager/owner. Nathan said to me I don't need your business, leave and all because I had a problem with the cost of the tape, but then he threatened to call the police because I asked to talk to the manager and when I told them to go ahead and call the police, then he was willing to help me this service is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this office to anybody and when I asked if there was a manager or an owner and they said they would not give me that information. Horrible customer service. Trying to drop off a package that was open on the side for an Amazon return. They charged me $1.62 for a 9inch piece of tape. I said I had a second package, asked if I could use it for both, they said sure. When I brought it in, they demanded that I be charged again for another piece of tape. Have some self-awareness that this $1 you made just pissed a customer off. read more

Who would expect fantastic customer service from a mailbox store? Well, we got it every time we came by this UPS store! We moved to Knoxville from Ventura California back in July. This is the place we picked to rent a PO Box. We used this location to mail packages, return Amazon packages, get things notarized, and, of course, to pick up our mail. Every time we came in, the service was exemplary! It's no exaggeration! Kudos to Nathan! You are awesome, man! You really go above and beyond to make your customers feel valued and appreciated! I have to return an item to Amazon through UPS. I was told they would pick up within 3 days. It has now been over a week. As I am supposed to be present for a pick up they are basically holding me to ransom by not picking up. I HAVE CALLED DAILY AND BEEN PROMISED THEY WOULD BE HERE "today" but nothing. I've been here today around 3pm to return pre-paid package, I find out those guys they keep charging everyone coming to the store for the labels they print it to stick it on the package one dollar for no reason just to make extra money from customers,Usually I go to different stores nobody charge for returning label because supposed to be include the price of the shipping cost, The one dollar it's not a big deal but when you see somebody take advantage from the other store thinking they're not supposed to be in business I'm going to give business for somebody else read more

I cannot recommend this UPS store enough!! The best customer service I have ever received at a "mailbox store"! I recently overnighted a package to Disney World. They helped me pack it, address it, and even ran the label again once we had the room number. Due to circumstances beyond this stores control, the package did not arrive as expected. When I went back to the store, Nathan (the owner) met me, and told me he had been tracking my package, and knew it didn't arrive!! Who does that??? so sweet of him... Then without even questioning me, he said "we will refund your money". Not only did he remember me, track my package, refund my money...they did it all with a smile and so courteous!!! Warning - the UPS store is not affiliated with UPS ! I drove across town past several United States Post Offices to ship my package by UPS. The UPS store shipped my package by the United States Post Office without telling me that was what they were doing and to add insult to injury they up charged first class postage. The USPS is a block from the UPS store! I asked for the least expensive UPS option that would arrive in about a week with UPS tracking. When I called to ask he said that if I asked for the least expensive option they used USPS which has no tracking and is not guaranteed and packages are more likely to get lost in USPS and they did not bother to tell me it was USPS. read more

I've been to this store several times all quick and easy transactions. I was in there a few days ago to make copies of my resume. The guy working who I assume to be the store owner said "these are on the house, friend. Best of luck and stay well." So touched by this wonderful experience and generosity. I was readily able to pay for my copies, in fact, the whole reason I came by was with a coupon.
