On October 21, 2026, at approximately 8:15 a.m., she visited this store to ship a package containing 15 items to Canada. She has shipped similar packages from this same location previously without difficulty. According to my wife, the employee who identified herself as the manager, Kristen, refused to accept the package because it contained "too many" items and she did not want to enter them on the required customs form. My wife offered to complete the form herself, but that offer was also refused. She was then told to leave the store. My wife obtained an email address for the owner, but no assistance or alternative way to complete the shipment was offered. If a shipping restriction prevented the store from accepting this package, we would welcome a clear explanation. What we find unacceptable is the reported refusal to help with the paperwork, rejection of my wife's offer to complete it herself, and instruction to leave. I am asking the owner to review this incident, explain the applicable policy, and address how my wife was treated. Customers should be able to expect a professional explanation and respectful service, even when a shipment cannot be accepted.
