Wonderful experience. Came in on a Sunday and there was only one person at the front desk. He worked very hard and made sure that everyone was serviced quickly and efficiently! I had a ton of Amazon returns and he handled everything very well. Great work! read more

I would be very cautious using The UPS Store to have a notary service. They said they charge $15.00.....OK....but to find out that is PER Signature. They charged me $90.00 for six signatures. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Harriman, Tennessee

We have had a PO Box at this location for last 5 yrs and find the service to be exceptional! Employees are attentive and friendly! Most of the time they are pulling my mail as I walk in the door before I even ask! Yes! I'm that person who can never find my key but they always assist regardless! read more

I read the widely varying reviews. I don't use their notary service. I ship infrequently. What I do notice is that, when I arrive, there is seldom a long wait and the employees are always striving to address customers as quickly as possible. I have been to many other shipping places around the country and it is nice to not have to wait.....forever. I always package my own stuff well. I anticipate paying more for supplies from the store. I don't know if any of these type stores that don't charge much higher than Walmart prices. I've gotten supplies from USPS. No bargain. I suppose that I have lower expectations than many. I too would get upset if I had to pay high prices for supplies I could easily get cheaper elsewhere. That's why I get them elsewhere and pre-package. I do appreciate the employees trying to process people quickly and minimize wait times. I'll take one star away because they do have higher prices on supplies that could be gotten elsewhere. In an ideal world their supplies could cost less. However, trying to keep that stocked at those prices may drive up prices. Once again....my expectations are low. I will ship here again. read more

Beware- they charge $1 for a strip of tape. Leaves a poor taste. Have to type 85 characters.

If I could leave no stars I would. Rude, slow and not knowledgeable of their own services. Sent a package ($50+) to my son in VA to be picked up at the ups store there only to have them return it, the vet next day, before he could get it. Refuses to refund my money and will not explain why it was returned. read more

The service here is not only subpar but the staff member i encountered was beyond rude and condescending! It isn't rocket science yet she seemed to get a thrill from being rude. If she hates her job this much she should quit and find something more towards what she's qualified to do. I won't be back and I'll drive the extra bit to go to a location in Knoxville read more

As a business owner trying to work with the manager on a BOTCHED JOB (that her own employees thought looked AWFUL when she wasn't there) all you will receive is an argument and get this my fellow grownups loud sighing and words under her breath on how you must except what she thinks is OK. Employees are awesome, deal with them. A lot of one stars for a reason. Will not get printing done again, not worth dealing with the unprofessional management and subpar work. So, it continues. Went today for the 3rd time to figure this situation out w the manager and The manager said she didn't have time to"deal with me" and she could care less about anyone's business. She rudely stomped her feet and walked away in the middle of the conversation. It's amazing with so many people looking for work that this excuse for a manager has employment with how absolutely rude she is to paying customers. read more

This is THE WORST UPS store EVER!!!!! They charge a $1.00 for a strip of tape! Of course, you can purchase a "small" roll for $3.99, you can buy a BIG roll at Walmart for $2.00! I have sent back items to Amazon and only had to print label/QR code and taken item in-they box tape up package and do everything for you. There was a man in front of me who had to purchase a "strip" for his package, a lady behind me that had to buy tape. I'm absolutely sure that Amazon is reimbursing any UPS franchise for this service that is supposed to make returns to them convenient. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this store! NEVER, NEVER will I use there services. Ask yourself WHY does this location have a 2.5 rating! They shouldn't even have that!!! Don't use them, go somewhere else! I wish I had walked out and went somewhere else! read more

Like this place. They are always friendly and very helpful. They know me now and they just grab the mail for me. Also no complaints about all the Amazon packages that constantly arrive. Customers that are in the place seem happy and the line is always short and moves fast. Thumbs up! read more

I frequent this location to print and ship proposals for my job. They are professional and friendly. They make it super easy for me to email files to them so they can be working on printing them before I get there. They provide wonderful services locally for a small community including fingerprinting, print and design, packing and shipping, notary, hilarious greeting cards and much more. Stop and in support this locally owned business today. read more

This UPS store always does a fantastic job for me. Designing, printing and shipping.

I have been inside here for their fingerprinting services once, the staff was decently friendly as far as let's just get this done and over but when you try to send out a package go to another location. Also, their drivers are outrageous speed demons on the roads, flying down the road and speeding through neighborhoods. When you call to report it they don't do anything about it. read more

Went twice to this location and both times the notary was either not working or at lunch(at 2pm). I asked if i would be able to get a discount because of the time and gas I've wasted coming back and forth and was told no. Basically tough shit. Ill never use ups again worst customer service ever read more
