I got the gift cards I needed, but Office Depot needs to put this store at the very very top of their list for a remodel. Stat.

What was delivered was a single 4x6 with several sizes of the same photo -- I could have done it in photo shop in 10-minutes then printed it at Walgreens for $0.39. They did not put the photo in the locket, but returned it empty contrary to their word. I'm a photographer who considered giving them some of my printing business, but I would urge everyone to find different printers based on our experience. We felt ripped off & quite frustrated.

The medium was not as expected (which is on me), but then she wanted to waste more of my time explaining the quality (or lack thereof). If a business has to explain the quality of their work, that speaks volumes. If you are looking for timely, go elsewhere. I was so very unimpressed with this company, the staff, and the quality of the communication or lack there of.

Also, when the graphic designer would send me new proofs of my design with the changes I requested other parts of the design had changed drastically; parts I didn't ask to be changed. This happened more than a handful of times. Purchased close to $1,000 worth of a great quality shirts and ultimately turned out pretty cool but was the most overwhelming/frustrating experience regarding trying to communicate clear intentions with the graphic designer.

I had no formal art work (only a handful of inspo pics), so it required some extra efforts and creativity from their end. Lots of follow-up questions, clarity sought/received, and proofs provided prior to the project moving forward. There were several people who worked together to communicate with me and make the creative magic happen. I even heard from the company president, Jim Caughorn. I always think it is a wonderfully personal touch to have those at the top get involved and demonstrate their interest in the customer experience. My project was completed very quickly and was nicely protected by wrapping paper when I arrived to pick it up. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, which I have quickly grown accustomed to at Graphic Creations. While I paid upon pickup, they also have an online invoice payment option.
