They really get to know their customers and their staff is excellent. They always make sure we know what our rate options are and package our items so perfectly. I've shipped items domestically, internationally and even do all my Amazon returns here as well. They have a great selection of stamps and my entire family loves the shop. We always find fun stuff to bring home. But the real star of the show for my kids is Kanga. She's the friendliest greeter and the main reason my kids insist on coming with me to mail something out. But genuinely, Liberty Mail Center is the cream of the crop for all your mailing needs and I won't go anywhere else!

There was another mailing business we would use down in Austin, but since moving up here we have…read morebeen looking for something local when we came across Mail Box Office. Every so often, I have multiple packages to mail out and at the business I used to frequent, it was very simple. So, it was a pleasant surprise to find a local store with the same great service. There was parking right in front of the store so if you have a lot of packages, you won't have far to walk. I don't know if they have a cart you can use if you have several package or large packages. I had seven packages all going to different places that the lady working had to enter all the information. However, as fast as you can tell her, she will put the information in! Although it was seven different locations, she was extremely fast about it and she told me all the different shipping options I had from quickest to least expensive. They also have packing supplies and work with all shipping carriers from what we could see. When the lady started to help us, a number of other people came in and were waiting in line. I felt bad about the others having to wait, but the lady helping me just kept on going. The people waiting were nice but I was just so pleased the woman helping me didn't stop to go and help the others like might happen in some other businesses. She was going to help me until my order was complete. I love businesses that you can rely upon and act professionally. I saw they also have a Notary, do passport photos, faxing, document shredding and much more. I'm very happy to have found this business so I don't have to drive all the way down to Austin and there is no question, this is my "go-to" place for all shipping and mailing needs.
