Although I hadn't dealt with Gazelle Computers in a decade, it was a relief to find out that they were still in business. I was able to schedule an appointment the next afternoon. The employee came to me house, figured out the problem, and offered several solutions. He helped me figure out which fix would be best. He even had a monitor easily available to replace my old one. Within an hour of his arrival, my computer system was back to normal. I was impressed with his knowledge, service, and ability to discuss things on a level I could understand (when he obviously knew much more than I did). When I neededa new computer and updated software, I called Gazelle because they'd done a great job updating my partner's computer a few years ago. They did a great job for me this time too. Carlos was easy to work with, answered questions in ways that were understandable to the not-so-techy me. He showed up promptly at our house to do the work at agreed times. I have been a customer of Gazelle Computers for over ten years. Their owner and staff members are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I buy my computers from them and have them serviced here. They help me with networking my office and give me advice about new equipment purchases. I'm in the photo/video business, so I have a LOT of data. One event can accumulate over 250 GB of video footage on 4K cameras, so data management is very critical. Also, to edit video, we have to have very powerful machines. Gazelle has been building me custom computers since 2010 that can handle all of our processing requirements. Recently I thought I had lost over 4 TB of backup data. I took the drives to Gazelle, and within a few days, they had salvaged all of the data and migrated it over to new drives. I was thrilled and relieved!
