I called Gazelle when I had had things go wrong with my laptop the night before. I called them the next morning and Carlos was there in the afternoon. The mobile service is great by the way. If it requires more they will take it , fix it then return it to you in a reasonable time. I've used their service several times now. Always satisfied with the job they do. The quality of the work is great too. Thank you Gazelle. read more

Although I hadn't dealt with Gazelle Computers in a decade, it was a relief to find out that they were still in business. I was able to schedule an appointment the next afternoon. The employee came to me house, figured out the problem, and offered several solutions. He helped me figure out which fix would be best. He even had a monitor easily available to replace my old one. Within an hour of his arrival, my computer system was back to normal. I was impressed with his knowledge, service, and ability to discuss things on a level I could understand (when he obviously knew much more than I did). If I have any computer problems in the future, Gazelle will be the place I call. read more

I have always appreciated the service given by Gazelle. I know when I come to them with a computer problem they are going to fix it.

When I neededa new computer and updated software, I called Gazelle because they'd done a great job updating my partner's computer a few years ago. They did a great job for me this time too. Carlos was easy to work with, answered questions in ways that were understandable to the not-so-techy me. He showed up promptly at our house to do the work at agreed times. He also made some recommendations to make my system work better. Gazelle will be our go-to computer service in the future. I think they were reasonably priced and very professional. Highly recommended! read more

Gazelle Computers has big city expertise with small town convenience! As a lifelong Apple-user, hailing from cosmopolitain areas, I was reluctant to use Gazelle; however, I am pleased to share that they exceeded my expectations, each step of the way. They provided an accurate and honest diagnosis. Pricing was competitive and they offered several repair options, to work with my budget. But above all, they treated my lost - but THANKFULLY & MIRACULOUSLY retrieved! - data, as if it were their own. I am so appreciative for Gazelle turning my nightmare into a fairytale, and will certainly use them for future computer needs. read more

I have been a customer of Gazelle Computers for over ten years. Their owner and staff members are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I buy my computers from them and have them serviced here. They help me with networking my office and give me advice about new equipment purchases. I'm in the photo/video business, so I have a LOT of data. One event can accumulate over 250 GB of video footage on 4K cameras, so data management is very critical. Also, to edit video, we have to have very powerful machines. Gazelle has been building me custom computers since 2010 that can handle all of our processing requirements. Recently I thought I had lost over 4 TB of backup data. I took the drives to Gazelle, and within a few days, they had salvaged all of the data and migrated it over to new drives. I was thrilled and relieved! These guys are not only my business associates, they're my friends, and I plan to keep doing business here for another ten years. read more
