After a month with no word from Shawn, I called him. He said he would call and check on the part and call back. No contact. I kept calling and he would make excuses as to where the part could be, always promising to call back but never doing it. I had tried to avoid calling American Home Shield because I didn't want to get Shawn in trouble but it's now the middle of June and still no microwave. I called AHS. They said they had been calling Shawn for weeks with no response. They said the part he ordered had been there since mid-May! (Turns out it was again the wrong part).They sent out a company from San Antonio who had it fixed in a week. Shawn obviously got tired of not making $ on us since he had to make repeat visits. The worst part was that he lied repeatedly instead of being man enough to say he wasn't coming back. Extremely uncool Shawn.
