They didn't just hand me a box and send me on my way-- they packed my items themselves with care, asked if I have anything fragile to make sure they take extra care while also trying to keep everything fit perfectly. Because they chose the precise box size, I avoided purchasing an unnecessary larger box and saved me money on mailing costs; and they're surprisingly even cheaper than USPS! I'm truly appreciative of their kind gesture. Thank you so much!!
