I think there was some hesitation and they had to make some phone calls since it was more house than they expected, but they took care of everything. I think it was a lady, who's been there for years and a younger gentleman who packed everything. The people who came after them the next day and packed were efficient but after they had left, I noticed they missed a few things. They actually drove back using their personal vehicle, close to an hour, and picked up the items they missed. When we got to our destination overseas, only 1 or 2 things were probably damaged and this is probably how it was packed in the wooden crate. Like a wooden chair and a gash in a table. Yet, we were re-reimbursed by a different company and I'm not 100% sure they even handled the crating process. We were also missing our parts box. But I heard that happens with overseas moves, so we'll know for next time, to carry that on us. But, nothing high dollar value such as electronics or jewelry or purses was missing, damaged or lost. And that's all I really care about for a 7,000 mile move...

He quickly helped me narrow down my options and showed me how to use their digital printing kiosks. In a matter of minutes, I had my print job in hand and was headed out the door. The charge was reasonable for a quick turnaround. The process was easy to navigate and I could easily do this on my own the next time. The store is well lit and clean. My Mom has a baby grand piano and Aardvark subcontracted piano movers to pack and load the piano. The piano guy was pleasant and on time.
