When I asked them to use a dolly to speed up, one of the movers had a tantrum; he slammed down boxes and crates, breaking several pieces of china we received from our wedding 30 years ago. They put all of our artwork in the grass and the sprinklers came on and ruined most of our pieces (we moved to another apartment therefore we had no control over the sprinklers). Even though they saw the sprinklers go on in the other zones, they didn't think to move our artwork. They were rude. They did NOTHING they promised; didn't put furniture back together, didn't wrap furniture or use any moving blankets even though they were on the truck. So when shipped 5 boxes- they arrived in fine condition but everything inside was broken or damaged.. heavy things were packed on top of fragile things. Many items - crystal and such were shattered and the company was not even apologetic and demanded the fees and invoked their .39 cent per pound default insurance as they did not offer more coverage. The cost of what could be repaired was $2500 dollars and we paid them $1900 on top and they gave us about 37.80 for repairs ! Decided to repack everything at additional cost as we had no choice as they would not repack or make good.

They moved my 1bd apt less than 10 minutes away and it took…read morethe almost 4 hours. when they started both movers were working together and had almost my entire apt in the truck in an hour. Then one of the movers disappeared and it took another hour to finish loading the items. I came to find out from a neighbor he was taking calls instead of moving my items. I have moved many times and unloading is always faster than loading so I don't understand why this took so long. I again think one of the movers in the building kept taking phone calls instead of moving my items. Once I started to unpack everything I notice many of my items we messed up. My wooden bed frame has cracks in it. I believe it was stepped on or had weight unevenly placed on it. The metal weld on my laundry hamper was ripped out. There were tears in my under the bed storage bags that looks like they hooked on something and were torn away. My lamp shades were crushed. They were throwing my bags around and just overall not being respectful to my items or time. The fact it took them 4 hours and I still ended up with many damaged items is frustrating. This was a huge waste of money because I now have to replace several items. They are the cheapest by the hour and still not worth the price. Do not use these movers.
