The barrier spray I was promised has only been done one time- because I complained. I had to call 5 times last summer due to ant issue never being taken care of. This week the tech put a hole in my siding. He was the only person in our yard all week but I can't prove he did it. Right above bait station he checked. What is that going to cost me? Overpriced and lousy service. Should have cancelled last fall but kept forgetting. On another topic -do not let them do a top off on your attic either. Charged me twice-finally made it right but there has be no change in our heating or cooling. Heating went up in fact. The people working there lied on the phone. I told them the situation on the phone and when I brought my Amazon return they couldn't scan my barcode or print it out. They said the internet was down. They could have told me on the phone. They didn't want to pack up my items even though they said on the phone that they would. They said the owner would get angry with them if I left the items there until they got the internet up. I drove 35 miles to get there. Two lazy women who make up their own rules. Went in to have my thermal imaging optic packaged up and shipped back to the manufacturer for warranty work. Had a pre printed return label for shipping from the manufacturer utilizing the UPS Company. This store had refused to take it in and ship it because it was considered a firearm accessory. (it also could simply be just a handheld used to check on cattle at night....) It was apparent after some dialogue that this franchised stores employees and owners are allowed to refuse on personal feelings rather than simple business transactions and UPS main policies. read more

I am disabled and have lived here for 4 yrs I have used this store by calling them and emailing them my items to print and then ask them to take my card info for my card info to print my emailed items and then email them. Yesterday I was told they couldn't because they had no paper. "Okay I'll call back." I have no car. I am not able to ambulate well I deal with computer and rarely by USPS. So this afternoon I called and asked the same thing, nothing about the no paper but said I needed to come in the store. I asked why, she said "for the bubbles" and I said "it's only a regular business envelope." I said I needed to pay for the 6 pages of the pages I needed printed also. She said "well that's because we are out today also." I said "why didn't u say that before?" "Because it would have been different if u came in?" "So u have paper for those who come in?" "I didn't say that." "U sure did." "There's a new KS law about giving ur card over the phone." "I give it to reliable places but maybe I shouldn't give it here." She said "j don't like ur attitude." I said "I think I'll call the place that used to be Copies and More in Newton, they don't walk circles around their customers." read more

Associate at store was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in just a few minutes on a lunch break.

I'll never return to this establishment again, their customer service is absolute garbage. If you aren't a professional shipper yourself don't think for a second that this place will help you get your package to its destination in one piece. I went to this establishment to have a package return mailed to the company I had bought it from. The guy working there tells me to put this box on the scale, and asks where I'm sending it. I give him the prepaid label this company had sent me to return the package, he just takes it and turns around. Doesn't say anything to me so I asked what I needed to do to have it packed and shipped or whatever and he says its a prepaid label so its all taken care of. Now not being someone who ships things often I assumed that someone working at a shipping business would realize that there is no packaging in this box with a heavy piece of metal in it would need some kind of protection to keep it from being destroyed in the shipping process. That's not what happened, this guy threw a label on it and sent it out the door. Now the $600 item I was shipping is completely destroyed, and since it was done during the shipping process the business I was returning it to doesn't have to honor the return policy. I went to this store to talk to them about how this guy told me it was all taken care of when I asked what I needed to do to have it packed and shipped and as soon as I asked the lady working there for a manager or someone who could handle a complaint and she automatically got an attitude and said it wasn't their fault it was mine. Before she even heard what had happened she was defensive, I had to talk over her to tell her what happened while she was letting me know that they aren't mind readers and that if I wanted packaging material in the box I should have had it in there beforehand or said something because they aren't mind readers and the prepaid label only covers the shipping not the packaging. I asked why whenever I asked the guy I first dealt with when getting it shipped what I needed to do to get it packed and shipped he didn't mention having it actually packed and she let me know that since it was already in a box they don't assume that I want anything else done to the box because it would make it cost more so I should have said something so they aren't responsible for any damages done. She was pissed as soon as I said I had a complaint and talked to me like I was some kind of idiot because I didn't have this package fully prepared to send out the door when taking it to a professional shipping office then being upset that they didn't give any thought to seeing if I wanted to make sure the package made it to its destination in one piece is absolutely ridiculous to me. read more
