Went in here today because it was close to somewhere else I was. I'm still learning Wichita area ... I had a package to mail out. They have a "scan all Amazon packages here" box. A woman was taking quite a long time to scan her things. I stood behind her. The lady behind the counter said she could help the next person, so I went up to her. My package was all ready to go - label & tape and everything. She asked if I wanted a receipt. No thank you. That was that! I asked a question: "do you do color copies?" Yes! They do! i went back to my car & got my paper for color copies. Came back in, she asked, "how many?" I said "15." It was done, Lickety-split! Very fast! I asked her another question: "is that a laminator" she said, "no, that's for printing large posters or on canvas. We DO have a laminator in the back, though." Very useful to know all of these things! The lady was great. Efficient, smart, kind, professional. The place is clean & well-organized. Now I have a UPS store to go to! Hurray !!! read more

We had a package that needed to be overnighted. We told the lady at the counter it needed to be in Tennessee on Friday. We wanted it overnighted. I ask her several times if it would be overnighted. She said yes. We had another package that we wanted to send regular ground. I went in to check tracking and it shows the "overnight package" would not be delivered until Monday the 23rd and the other package will be delivered tomorrow. I called to ask why my overnight package did not go overnight, and a very rude lady said we must have miscommunicated and we signed saying it could go through the Post Office, and they don't control the post office. I explained to her that we didn't want the Post Office and why didn't their counter help say it was going USPS. I am very disappointed in their customer service. read more

I needed to have an item printed so I brought a file in with a flash drive. I needed 25 copies double-sides in color so I thought it would be a simple project. After waiting in the store for about 30-45 minutes I was told that someone else would have to do the project and that it could be ready two days later, which was Saturday. I never received a phone call as I was told I would, that the copies were ready so I called the store on Monday. The order was never started. I asked them to just cancel the order and I would take my business elsewhere and the only response was, "okay". I am extremely disappointed that I wasted time even going there in the first place, I would definitely not recommend their services at all. read more

I know they are busy with the holidays, but I had the rudest cashier imaginable. She treated me like crud the instant I walk in the door. It all went down hill from there. She went so far as to say that I wrote down a fake name for my contact information when I was wearing a name tag in my work uniform with the same name on it. read more

The best UPS store I have been to. Dan will get you taken care of. Great service, he even opened the door early when I arrived. Skip the post office, they take us mail and they have the cheapest color copies in town. read more

I have had the worst experience at this location the package shipped was destroyed, I filed a claim through the Derby UPS store and it was promptly filed and forgotten, several weeks later in checking on the status I found out the manager forgot to send it forward. I called again to check on the status only to find out he sent it to the wrong address. I am very disappointed in UPS. If you ship through UPS, get extra insurance UPS is not what it used to be-there was no communication. A very sad experience. read more
