From there, the young woman who helped me went right to work on ensuring the package I needed shipped was set just right: she got the most fitting size box for me, printed the mailing slip I had in an email, etc. She was so on point with everything. Interestingly, although this FedEx location is farther away from me (than the Rock Rd one), I deliberately chose it because of previous positive reviews. I was there for the parcel and was asked how would i like to pay, so i asked if i can pay by cash and remaining balance by card. The lady Cynthia said yes. So my total was $74.94 (it was international parcel), i gave her $60 cash n asked her to charge remaining $14.94 from my card. After i slide my card and the time to confirm the price it showed me full amount on the pad, so again i asked her why there is full amount here in the pin pad, she said she can see its in her system showing i am paying $60 cash n remaining from card so not to worry about that. So I trusted her word. I was in hurry so didn't thought of checking my receipt (which was my big mistake). Now i see in my bank statement that they charged me full $74.94 from my card. Where did my $60 go???? I called n talked to the manager there (who was not helpful at all). He said he cant help me for this. I requested to talk to that lady Cynthia who helped me but that manager said even though if Cynthia will remember me paying $60 cash he will not help me because i don't have any proof on my receipt or anything. He didn't even let me talk to her. He said she in not coning to store for few days. My mistake was I trusted their word. I asked and made sure before i paid but now he says their system don't even allows to pay cash and card .. need to be in one way payment. What was i supposed to do to make sure how their system works???? I asked if their system accept cash and card and she said yes, Don't trust them. I loosed my $60

It's called profit, something needed for a business to stay open. The owner is awesome, and so friendly and polite. Personally, I print my own labels at home to save the money, but they still get paid by UPS/FedEx when you drop off items, so I'd encourage you to patronize them so we have a convenient place in our area. it's always clean, and they have a drive thru for smaller items!

While I was in there, I set my phone down on the counter to look at something on their computer screen. When I left, I forgot my brand new, very expensive phone. I had somebody at home call my phone, and they answered and said they had it. The couple who owns and runs this location is an Indian couple and they are honest. That is who answered my phone. They were there to pick up my phone and keep it for me to come back and get it. I am very grateful to them, honesty is something hard to find today, especially in business. On a more practical side, even though I didn't use them for anything complicated, it looked like they had your typical kinkos printing capabilities. They didn't have a computer set up if you need internet access on something other than a cell phone screen. When I came back to get my phone they had two UPS trucks outside. One was fast service and the other was regular ground. I seem to remember they said they can also ship through Fedex, but fedex sucks anyway, don't use them.

As told to me, it is a family run business--owned by a fellow Joe--who is very courteous, and made a good first impression (asked me if I was on TV when I warned him about the makeup on my white collars lol). He went out of his way to open the door for me at times, and his grandson even offered to comp the pressing when they had at one point misplaced a plastic collar insert to one of my shirts. As for the service itself, they've always left my clothing with that "JC Penney smell", restored the creases to my dress pants and shirts, and they undo the horrific browning around my collars so that's all I can reasonably ask for at this price.
