I was there for the parcel and was asked how would i like to pay, so i asked if i can pay by cash and remaining balance by card. The lady Cynthia said yes. So my total was $74.94 (it was international parcel), i gave her $60 cash n asked her to charge remaining $14.94 from my card. After i slide my card and the time to confirm the price it showed me full amount on the pad, so again i asked her why there is full amount here in the pin pad, she said she can see its in her system showing i am paying $60 cash n remaining from card so not to worry about that. So I trusted her word. I was in hurry so didn't thought of checking my receipt (which was my big mistake). Now i see in my bank statement that they charged me full $74.94 from my card. Where did my $60 go???? I called n talked to the manager there (who was not helpful at all). He said he cant help me for this. I requested to talk to that lady Cynthia who helped me but that manager said even though if Cynthia will remember me paying $60 cash he will not help me because i don't have any proof on my receipt or anything. He didn't even let me talk to her. He said she in not coning to store for few days. My mistake was I trusted their word. I asked and made sure before i paid but now he says their system don't even allows to pay cash and card .. need to be in one way payment. What was i supposed to do to make sure how their system works???? I asked if their system accept cash and card and she said yes, Don't trust them. I loosed my $60

From there, the young woman who helped me went right to work on ensuring the package I needed shipped was set just right: she got the most fitting size box for me, printed the mailing slip I had in an email, etc. She was so on point with everything. Interestingly, although this FedEx location is farther away from me (than the Rock Rd one), I deliberately chose it because of previous positive reviews. The young man that checked me out was very nice and helped me purchase my stuff. While he was helping me with my return package a lady came up behind him and told him that he needed to tell me to get back if I am not ready to ship my package out. I asked her why because I purchased it yesterday and I walked in with it. The woman argued with me about the box being date stamped. She told me if I cannot prove I bought the box she will charge me for it. While continuing to speak to me in a condescending tone I dug through my bag and found the receipt. This woman did not apologize to me. Furthermore, she was ringing me up and could not read the address on the box, I told her the address and she replied "you don't have to be rube," so I advised her the same.
