Still busy, still usually a line, but it's obvious the owner/manager is trying. They've remodeled inside, apparently hired more staff, and seem to be more aware of those of us just dropping off. The business wanted to charge $2.50 to print an Amazon return label bulb for a product and they are already being paid by Amazon to accept the return. Amazon returns are supposed to be free. read more

Lost my $200 worth package and refused to give me a refund. Make sure to check everything they do as they have horrible service and often mess up labels. I recommend going to any other UPS store in Wichita for these reasons. read more

Such a strange store. Everyone that works here is bizarre at best. Have been many times. Regularly have UPS and USPS parcels. Any time there is USPS they freak out. ??? The other locations no issue. I am telling you, the staff at this location very off, very strange. Drive up to Woodlawn and central and drop off. Much better location. read more

worst customer service ever!!!! Emily has a very bad attitude. Emily (employee #302085), forced me to purchase a roll of tape stating they only supply one strip of tape on package. As I was standing there struggling to tape my box up someone came up from the back and stated he would tape it up for me. I told him I was told I had to buy the tape and tape up my own box and he said "I don't know why she made you do that, we will do that for you" I would never tolerate behavior or service like this from my employees. if you can go to a different location! read more

Hello I was recently in your store today, and Anna and helped me out.. or so I thought. i had a packaged that got delivered to this door from my request. Came into the store and told Anna the situation, explain to her I have my ID/ Tracking number. Which in the UPS email that if I I am not the person who's name is on the package should be fine, if I had my ID/Tracking. Anna did informed me that I couldn't get get the package because it was not under my name she did call another manager to double check. she then proceeded to tell me I needed and authorization and a photo ID, which I told her I can have the person name that was on the package to send to me she stop me and told me no but I told her she told me it would be fine, and why would she have told me if that was not the case? I later called and asked if my name was on the package which it was. So why DID I NOT GET MY PACKAGE IF MY NAME WAS ON IT?!?! it was a terrible customer service on her part, and the fact that I could have gotten my package in and out and didn't have to type this god damn email we both would of been happy today. read more

I've never done a amazon return before and instead of being patient and explaining how this worked he was irritated and short! I didn't appreciate his condescending tone. I went from working at UPS for 6 years to Amazon and every single thing is better there! The technology is much more advanced, the pay is better, the hours are better, the work is easier, you are treated like a human being, the benefits are just as good and you get them on day 1(1 yr for ups), the supervisors aren't on you constantly, it is temperature controlled (ups does not heat or cool their warehouses), the company cares about their employees and want feedback, you can go fulltime immediately(over a year wait to drive at ups, 6+ yrs to go FT inside), a wider availability of different jobs, it is an extremely diverse workplace, you get lots of paid time off and vacation hours! UPS even has a union!!! It is an awful company with no soul and teamsters are a corrupt disgrace! They do nothing for their paying members! It took over a year for them to get the money ups owed me for stealing time and paying me the wrong rate. UPS pays their new hires more than a 6+ year employee via "new hire bonuses" in an evil attempt to get old timers to quit. They want a high turnover rate so that they do not ever have to give you insurance and benefits. Management runs the place like a slave drive, supervisors walk back and forth in their sections yelling "Go, go, go!" Watching to make sure nobody stops working for more than a minute. If you need to stop for a min a supervisor has to come in and work for you while you stop to take a breather which intimidates people from doing so. The abuse at ups and that i put up with was never put into perspective until i got older and worked other second jobs to get by and finally quitting and working at Amazon. UPS needs to be held accountable for what they are doing to people. Amazon has shown me how a real job should be and gave me a newfound sense of self respect that ups preyed upon. Amazon takes good care of their employees offering them good opportunities for growth within and outside the company. Amazon even helps their employees get nice work shoes, on top of an amazon.com discount! I can go on and on! Don't listen to the people who wanna complain about Amazon - they're either lazy or have never worked in another warehouse before! UPS is the real culprit behind the struggles of working class Americans. It is a greedy penny pinching corporation that will never care about their employees. We are nothing but replaceable to them. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Their prices are always high and the service is the worst in Wichita. I don't blame some of the employees. It is the fault of the owner and/or management. The problems I have had stem from the ways that they do business. Frankly I feel bad for the employees. This is the closest location to me but I wouldn't do business here if it was located in my dining room. read more

Not very customer friendly. I don't know much about shipping do I am usually looking for advice about the most efficient way to ship things. Prices seem very high!
