They also do all the general services that a FedEx does. It's a plus that there's five or six locations locally! So if you ever need a notary definitely go to one of the UPS stores. We went to the one at Central and Woodlawn, both of the employees were very friendly and helpful. They also have a copy machine if you want to do everything yourself.

Today was SIX weeks, no reprints, so I went to pick up my originals to take them somewhere else and not even a basic apology for the delay. There was zero communication throughout the process and no timeline updates even after I called at the THREE week mark. These items are of deep personal value, and the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this business with anything important.
