Not sure if the middle aged guy that is always there is the owner of this location or not but I will never return. He literally rolled his eyes at me and looked so irritated because I gave him the wrong bar code to scan. I went here mainly because of the convenience of distance. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt that everyone has a bad day but this guy is ALWAYS grumpy and rude. I have been going here for years. The owner of this location is apparently well known for being rude and insulting to his customers. I watched them belittle a poor old man who did nothing wrong, mocking him as he left with a stack of boxes they refused to tape up for him. I will not return. I hope you go out of business. read more

I would not even give it a star. When this morning just to drop off something and the morning shift guy he is very rude and grumpy. did not even have. smile on his face and all he is doing is watching his phone at 845 am. He needs a talking too before they start losing business. read more

My experience dropping off an Amazon package at the UPS Store #797 location in Hudson, OH was not good. The employee was disrespectful to both the person in front of me and me. He only spoke to the other employee complaining about people coming in shortly before closing with Amazon packages. Despite my greeting to him and saying thank you. He never responded, only saying to the other employee that he was going to make a rule that no Amazon drop-offs could happen in the last 30min before closing. I used to use this location to mail all of my packages, but FedEx will now get my business. read more

Tried UPS Store to ship some items. I needed items boxed up and shipped. Items needed to be delivered to Florida and held at the UPS store there for pick up by a certain date. I was told that I would have to call the other store and make sure it was ok to do that. I was also told that the packages would not arrive until 2 days later that I needed them to be there. Clerk did not give any options like 2 day shipping or overnight. I felt like it was a great inconvenience to the clerk. Another shipping store in town helped me with out question. Not going to UPS again. read more
