Long lines and only 1 employee. They need help here. I just need to buy stamps and it's taking forever. They need a vending machine for stamp purchases. The employee here is working his tail off and is efficient. read more

Wow! Just stepped in to buy stamps and had quick and friendly service. The postal worker was so kind and offered me recommendations on some lovely stamps. Never expected such a pleasant experience at the post office and in the middle of a pandemic no less! Can't believe the negative reviews. read more

It's easy to gripe about the post office, but this location is fine. I find their service to be decent, but sometimes you go in and there's a line out the door and only one person working the booth. I guess that's just the price we pay for a postal service that has too much debt and too large retirement and pension commitments. I guess we're lucky they have a location here at all. My wife won't even waste her time at the post office, she'll go to Acme, but I find this location to be fine...IF you have patience. read more

I wouldn't bother with this location. Easily the slowest one I've been to in years. I was only the third person and line and it still took 30 minutes! Just to send out a package. By the time I left the line was all the way to the door. I will say the guy that helped everyone was super nice, but was unfortunately incredibly slow and caused a huge line behind me. This location either needs a person with a sense of urgency or a second person for peak times. read more

Driver refuses to deliver our packages, however UPS, FedEx, Laser Ship, Amazon Shipping has no problems. The worse part is we are in a safe location and my wife is home every day. Bad. read more

Honestly, I just had to drop off some mail and the drive up mailboxes were great. Three of them and absolutely no line. Easy in and out access. What's not to like? read more

If I could give a negative star rating I would. We ordered medicine from our veterinarian that was supposed to be delivered in the mail. When it did it arrive for several days we called and got the tracking number from the vet - only to find everyone at the post office completely useless in helping us locate the package. Everyone we spoke to simply said they would call us back and then never did. When you view the tracking online our package keeps moving from Hudson to Cleveland to Pittsburg - And never seems to make it onto an actual mail truck. I wish Amazon would take over the USPS - You can't hold anyone accountable at the Post Office. Especially the Hudson Ohio branch. What a useless group of people. read more

The management here is disrespectful and grants poor training. As a result of this, they will blame you for everything and anything. The first time I met my boss she's yelling at me before we even introduced ourselves. I hadn't yet grasped the job and without warning they took me off the payroll and didn't tell me why. I was scheduled to come in one day and they called and told me not to. After multiple attempts of trying to contact my boss and find out what was going on since I was out two weeks I finally just drove there and went in. I walked right to my bosses office and asked to speak with her. Of course I was pissed by this point, all my bills and rent were late and I was charged late fees and they weren't communicating with me or returning my calls. She explained to me that I needed more training and they were going to grant me it. (again this was only after I physically had to go in)They gave me a couple more days of training and had me out on my own a few more days and took me back off the payroll. It's especially bad because my trainers and lower management kept telling me I was doing well. They even watched me out on my own and said I had the job figured out. I was catching on to the work. It seemed to be only my boss and a new manager that was desperate to appease her boss that were saying I wasn't performing fast enough. Again, prior to me being let go they did not communicate with me about me being taken off the schedule. I called my union representative and they were able to do nothing. It turned out my boss told them I had anger problems and that I was texting and driving and running stop signs and all this other nonsense so they could fire me. So suddenly all these new issues came up and I became the worst employee in the world the second I contacted the union. They had mentioned none of these things prior. This office has no regard for new employees, they'll lie and withhold information from you hoping you'll just go away. In USPS training they will warn you about offices that are like this one. Do yourself a favor and never choose to work here. Do NOT quit your reliable job for such a disgraceful business. They do not care about you, your bills or your life. read more

This is the worst post office, very poorly managed. Often there is only one or two people working the front while there is a line out the door. They have no sense of urgency and seem to be bored out of their minds. Perhaps this is the case but I see that as no excuse for poor, slow service. I see previous reviewers have commented about ACME, I guess that's where I'll be going in the future. read more
