2 starts not for the service, even service has been declined during the past few months. As per website, door sign, office opens at 8:30am, many of us showed little before that time, just to get to our work on time, but store didn't open as advertised, at 8:30am, store was opened at 8:45am. I hired a POBOX for 1 year, I had to move out of state, after 5 days I tried to cancel the contract, there was no refund of money for a service that I never used. Terrible customer service, That is the reality for those who hire their services for a long time, there are no refunds, it cost me $ 300. The bank tried to reverse the operation and could not. Shawn was so superb today! I entered with a unique print job to find a long line. He greeted me and worked the line efficiently. He explained that they couldn't do a 20x20 print at that store, but was willing to print my requested scenario of smaller pages. I checked back after a quick errand and his line was still long, but he told me he was already underway. Another errand later and I picked up the whole job; very reasonable price and excellent service. Staples and Office Depot are always so confused in the store and no one understands their own print portal! UPS is my new print supplier. read more

I paid $104 to have an amp shipped. I put it un a weak box and taped it up and I told the owner lady to put ANOTHER box AND 4 styrofoam corners on the box and ship it. SHE FORGOR TO PUT IT IN ANOTHER BOX AND JUST SHIPPED IT IN MY FIRST BOX. The $615 amp arrived in shambles and the customer was very angry with my to say the least. After he returned the amp to me and I paid the full refund of $615 and also had paid $104 to ship the amp and I went to the UPS store to make my case. The owner lady totally absolved herself and left me with the $719 bill and told me to send an email to the corporate office. I am out a lot of money here because of her user error. read more

Extremely poor customer service and representation of the UPS brand! Package shows delivered and was not, not a hint of sympathy or willingness to help in anyway. They showed me the screen saying delivered and basically rushed me away. UPS customer service advised me to go into the store to file a claim since they were the shippers and said i could not do it myself. Adviced clerk I was shipping jewelry and I wanted insurance and I was never advised to get signature request. Something They should have suggested but either way they dont care. read more

1) The signout size says that they are open at 8:30 AM. It is now 8:55 AM and no one has shown up to open the store. 2) I called the number on the receipt. There is no answer and no voicemail. There is no way to communicate with anyone at the store. 3) I dropped off a package yesterday and was given a tracking number. I can't find any information on the website at this point in time. On my way back home to Michigan I happen to had left an item at the airport. The representative arranged to pick up my package and provided an estimate of cost. When the package arrived. Came in this store a few days ago and sent a package to the West coast via regular postal mail and then came today to send the same package, but to Houston. Today was told they dont do postal and it wouldnt go out till Monday so I had to pay more money then I did just days ago. When i explained I just did this process they argued with me what is best. As I am leaving regular postal mail was there for pick up. Straight lied and inconsistency will keep me from ever coming back. If I wanted to go UPS i would i went closer to my house.
