God forbid you ask them any questions that requires them to actually do their job. They act like children and huff and puff, roll their eyes, walk away from you without commenting whether they actually going to serve you or not. They have these horrible attitudes that project total unprofessionalism or even decent human courteousy. I have been cursed out on the phone on one ocassion. I have been placed on hold never to be attended to so many times that i have lost count. The way that they talk to you on the phone is just disgusting. The worst part of it is you have no way of reporting these individuals to a manager or an owner because they have all told me they are the manager! There was even a time where i went to the 950 Eagles Landing Pkwy location to pick up a package and the girl at the front desk handed me a box that was totally destroyed and had obviously been busted open and the contents removed. When i inquired as to the condition of the box and the whereabouts of the contents her reply was, "i didnt do it." Someone let me know what recourse customers have to report and remove unprofessional and abusive customer service reps.

When questioned, they claim the "systems are already shut down," yet it is clear they are still assisting customers inside. Today, I experienced this firsthand and was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, particularly from the older gentleman on staff. I arrived with ample time to drop off a package but was denied service due to this practice. This behavior not only disregards posted business hours but also shows a lack of consideration for loyal customers.

Anyone who has been through it, or knows someone who has, knows how traumatic divorce can be. It was a rough time. I needed some documents notarized. Was working that day, and had to get it notarized during my lunch break. The young man at UPS seemed helpful and understanding. He notarized the document. For payment, he said something was wrong with the CC machine and preferred cash. So I paid in cash for the notary and to send the document. UPS TOOK THE CASH, but NEVER SENT THE DOCUMENT. The worker at UPS is a LIAR and a THEIF. Yes, if I remembered what he looked like, I would have definitely gone back and confronted him. In summary, be wary of this UPS. They will steal from if you, if they can. If only consumers started treating business's, like this UPS, as it treats it's customers. What comes around goes around.
