DO NOT COME HERE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE... To begin I have been going back and forward because of a mistake of Ebony/abony. whoever the black lady with the short hair is, heavy set! I been here multiple times all because of her mistake and she can't own up to it because of her ego. I came here a few days ago to drop off some packages that I have to return. the first mistake was mine, I packaged two packages in one. Which Is fine. I went back home and fixed the problem. so who ever the young girl who was working with her scanned my QR code. but then she explained to me I needed to separate my packages to two. so then ebony steps in, super rude and a lot of aggression in her tone. I asked her a question if i can get the QR code for the other package so I can just drop it off she said,No..: which is fine... then I asked her if i can keep the label that she scanned she said no.. she said she'll void it.. our whole interaction she was anger and seemed irritated and very aggressive. well today I went back today under the impression she voided the label turns out she DIDNT. When I reminded her of our first interaction, she then started getting angry and loud.. she insisted I took the label. then she said she can bring up the cameras, I told her bring them up! I'm not a liar or crazy!!! She insisted it was my fault. It was embarrassing infront of the whole store And customers. NOW I have to wait on a new QR code, who knows when the company will reply. she didn't do her job, I wouldn't had this problem. gas is too high to be doing round trips. Shame on UPS for having associates like this. I won't be the first or last to complain about this lady. You shouldn't have someone represent their store like this. she will have customers never wanting to come back to this location. I know I won't return back. Customer service is a ZERO... I called to complain, I hope the owner sees all the complaints and gets rid of her Such a bad image on the ups location in glenwood. read more

I am not getting email notifications when my packages arrive as promised. And there is one employee there that has provided horrible customer service. I have called asking if my packages arrived & she told me no. But when I contacted the sender they said that the packages had been delivered. So I called her back & the employee was laughing & finally said that yes, the packages were there. I don't know who owns this store but they should know that the customer service is a big problem. I was returning some items I ordered on Amazon, and didn't notice that they required packaging (unlike pretty much everything else at Amazon). The clerk asked if I wanted to buy some packaging and said they had large poly envelopes, so I said sure. I grabbed two of these envelopes, wrapped up my items, and then he tells me it's $13.65. $13.65 for two poly envelopes you can get 100 online for $7. What a scam. I had already packaged up the items and sealed them so I had to buy them. Won't be going back there. read more

Fairly new location. All of my experiences have been pleasant. The employees are always efficient, fun, and helpful!

The door to the store was open. I walked in it was 6:30 on the dot and the employee told me they were closed and would reopen tomorrow at 8:30am. She did not even try to help or accommodate me. I was in the store returning a item from Amazon. I told I had to print out my label for 2bucks.. Okay fine plus 10 cent per page after... As soon as I finished printing the lady with the short hair comes out and tell me it's 55 cent a page And I should have asked someone to help me. I told her the young men did help me but that's not what he told.. So then she decided to check me out and make sure she gave me the box that she wanted me to have and she was very passive aggressive. Very convenient location. Truck driver I go here to get envelopes and staples. Always quick and good service.

I called ahead to see if I can return an Amazon product. When I entered they were really nice and accommodating. I will definitely return.

Had an unpleasant experience with the female customer service lady, short hair. Was trying to do an Amazon return and it was anything but convenient. Had to go back home to just print the label then when I finally did that and came back she presented another issue, which I wish she would of told me the first time I was there. Took up too much time of my busy Saturday to resolve. And this location is supposed to specialize in making things easy and convenient for the customer. On this occasion, not so. I have used the services of this UPS store several times. Services included: mailing packages, notary public, Amazon returns, fax services, etc., and I have only received professional and courteous treatment from the employees. Recently, I went there to mail a package and I forgot to cover my nose and mouth with my mask, it was under my chin. The employee politely asked me to put it on properly. The staff at this store are VERY passive aggressive, especially the woman with the short hair which I'm seeing from past review other customers have had issues with her as well. I came in not knowing about something and asked for help but they came across as if I'm bothering them or stupid or can't read. The sad part about all of this I wanted to go to this establishment since majority of the staff was black and I felt comfortable supporting my people but now they lost my business. read more

This UPS has the rare honor of providing the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First, the package I shipped from this store was lost. That is unfortunate in itself. But to add insult to injury I have been battling for over a month now to get my money back. I've called the store multiple times for assistance. I was hung up on twice and received no callback. When I did finally get someone on the phone to process my claim, I was told that only the manager can handle claims. When I asked to speak to the manager, I could not because it was her day off. Naturally, I asked when she would be in the office, the customer service representative responded, and I QUOTE, "I don't know because she has another job and I don't know how her schedule works with this one." A lot of information in that statement that doesn't pertain to me, my package, or my refund. I left my phone number for the manager, called the manager on her direct line and left two voicemails. No response. I have dealt with UPS corporate who keeps redirecting me to this terrible store because it's a UPS franchise and therefore has to be the one to file my claim and issue a refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs. In fact, I'd take it a step further and avoid all UPS franchises the future. It's a pandemic no one has time or energy to have their packages and money stolen. Shame on you. read more
