On the other hand, the manager and her staff at the Lynnwood UPS Store spoke with me trying so hard to help out. Those were nice folks and quite professional. I can't say the same about the people at the Everett UPS Store. They showed that they were unconcerned and did not have the time of day to help resolve this blunder.
