Hailey was exceedingly rude from the start. I needed to ship a bracelet and asked which service would be the least expensive. Her nasty reply was, "I can't choose the service for you. " I said, "Fine but if you could give me an idea of the rates I could choose. ". Her answer (again nasty) was : "They're all within a few dollars". So I never did get an answer to my question. Then I asked about insuring the package for the value. Again nasty: "Go back where you bought it; they'll probably do it. ". I explained that I work for the company where I bought it. They do not. Then (nasty) she said, "Go to a pawn shop. "To my knowledge they do not do that. So I also question her knowledge. At that point I said I would go elsewhere. Hailey said, "You're really rude. ". Now I'd had enough so I said, "That's the pot calling the kettle black. ". On my way out Hailey said (very sarcastically), "Have a nice day. I love you. I went into the Pak-n-Ship at Pebblebrook Naples, FL to help me get the labels printed & the packages returned. The staff are the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so helpful. They even do extra things that need to be printed along with the labels, like reasons I am returning, etc. I don't even get invoices anymore so I have to create everything myself. I used to be able to just hand write everything myself on the invoices they sent and include them with the returns. they always print everything I will need, including a receipt for packages they've mailed. Even if I don't ask for a-receipt, I always get one. The woman who helped me today gave me plastic pouches to put the labels in before attaching them to the packages So nothing would happen to the labels if they got wet. Service is better than five stars. I think they deserve 10 stars for all the extra help they give! If they are eating lunch in the back and people come in for sssistance.they always come out and help them and interrupt their lunch. i've never seen that happen anywhere. I use them several times a week and they always give me a receipt. Every package I've ever given them has been sent &received in a very timely manner. They all work very hard and if someone comes in the office while they are not at the front desk someone always comes out right away to greet the customer. i've never had a package lost. they are all very friendly and very glad to help. They print a lot of labels for me because some companies that are supposed to send return labels with my purchases have stopped sending them. I just bring in the package, show them the label on my phone and they print & attach it and cover with plastic if necessary to prevent weather damage.
