I have work packages that come through this store and I have had no issues. They have always been helpful, quick, and pleasant. On one occasion going out of their way to try and get a package back to me after I did not pick it up in the time allotted. To the two complaining about military discounts, ignore them. The fact that they cannot form complete adult sentences tells you all you need to know about them. You will have no issues coming here unless you need 10% off to save your financial life. If so, then maybe you shouldn't be buying whatever you are buying. read more

I'm local and have had excellent service each time I have been in with my packages. All employees are friendly and helpful.

Every step of my last shipping visit to this store sucked. The guy behind the counter seemed like a know-it-all the instant I stepped up. Thing is, he was wrong. And he continued to get things wrong throughout the visit, over and over, as if deliberately to cause me frustration. Some customer service people are in training and deserve patience, and some others just do dumb things to mess with you. This of course wastes your time by dragging out what should have been a quick drop-off for shipment into a tedious errand with someone "helping" you who is clearly playing dumb. I followed through with this shipment but what I should have done was just take my package and leave. Turns out there are closer shipping stores around me. But I made a special trip to this UPS Store from another town just because I figured it would be hastle-free. Wrong! Next time I'll certainly be shipping from somewhere else that hires non-passive-aggressive employees. read more

Run!!! I will never go back in here. The owner I found out later. That's who I was speaking who waited on me treated us like we were pieces of crap. He looked at us and treated us like we were stupid for asking for a simple piece of paper that we normally get whenever we send anything out and then when I asked how?track the package he still looked at us like we were stupid and said you'll have to ask the post office, well I did figure it out because I'm not stupid but I'll tell you what I will never step foot back in that business and how he's running that store is beyond me. Customer service is not in that establishment. Prayers are needed for all the businesses Customer service left the building. I'm gonna pray that he reads this and understand just how he treated me that he was lucky he didn't treat someone else that way he might not be so lucky. It's horrible, horrible, horrible. Minus is how many stars I'd like to give -1000. read more

around 1pm on Saturday Aug 13th. we have never experience such extremally rude and unprofessional service IN MY LIFE! guy refused to print us a return label for amazon package and was short and dismissive , poor body language and domineer towards us. after going outside and googling were to get printing service of COURSE, UPS pops up. so we went back in to ask why he didn't offer service. again EXTREAMY rude . told us he was the Owner , he wouldn't provide us with his name , we ask who was above him he SAID " ONLY GOD". UNBELEIVABLE. feel bad for the bad example he set for the kid working in the store also. i will be following up and there needs to be repercussions!!!!! pleas follow up with us asap. i will be reaching out to corporate and following up Monday hopefully with your branch manager.!!! read more

There has consistently been only two employees working when I have frequent this store. It is the only option locally other then the Post Office. The employees are very hard workers that seem to tackle the impossible on most days - whether they are dealing with important packages or intolerant customers they have kept their cool and forded on. BUT management needs to better their employees atmosphere!!! You can tell the stress they are under and it's sad in this day and age for good employees to go unnoticed!! I loved the previous pair- heartwarming individuals :: this new pair appears to be the same. Sad, they have to call the manager 5 times to get the code to open the computers so they can conduct business!! Having customers wait 1.5 to get one item printed because the manager doesn't want to give the code was ridiculous!! So ZERO stars for the higher ups - 5 stars for the employees...total 4 overall!! read more

Worst experience ever. Shipped a package on 7/16/22. It got lost on 7/22 - not the stores fault. I have been following up since then and nothing has happened. I called in on 7/25 and was told an investigation/filing a claim was the next step and that would be started. Heard nothing back on that. Went in back on 8/23 and the man in charge told me it was scanned the day before (tracking shows it hasn't moved in 7/22) but that he couldn't do anything until it arrived at the destination. It's clearly lost and I was offered no help. He informed me that they hadn't even STARTED the investigation they told me about a month prior. Tonight I called the corporate office and they told me that my package hasn't moved since 7/22 - so whoever told me it moved in August was clearly lying to me. Would never go back here again. read more
