As I got to the door and and found it locked admittedly I was disappointed having missed getting there during business hours but suddenly the manager was waving me to wait and she unlocked the door and let me get my return slip. On another occasion I had a package that there was some question about the QR code and the manager actually called the company for me and let me speak with them to clarify. Quite honestly, those are just a couple of examples of how this store does business as there have been many others. He told me the least expensive method was to use FedEx. When I POLITELY pointed out that it was a flat rate box (with a less expensive shipping price than I was being quoted) he puts a hand on his hip and says, "Yeah, if you go to the post office. We're not them." I returned later to get a key made and luckily got someone else to help, although ultimately I wasn't able to get the key either. At least he was reasonably human.
