BEWARE IF YOU ARE ONLY PRINTING A PAGE OR TWO. I order several thousand dollars worth of printing…read moreeach year and upon passing them, I wanted to transition to supporting this local business, as they were convenient and I've had a good experience at the other locations. I sent over two - 1 page documents (via company website) for color printing, as a sample for a larger order, to ensure quality and proper margins. When I went to pick it up, I was surprised to have only 1 document printed. I was informed the site only allows for one upload per inquiry. I said I could email the other over quickly from my phone, but I was told it was too late (4:45pm) in the day for them to accommodate it and I would need to return the next day. I then told the associate that I understood and would resend it and come back. When it came time to pay, I was told it was $5 for the job. I asked why it was so high and she explained it was the service fee/minimum. I asked if they were then going to charge me $5 again for the other 1 copy when I came back and the girl working said it wasn't her rule and grabbed the manager. I politely explained the situation and the manager justified the high cost due to the paper and employee who prints it. I explained that I get printing of this type done frequently and what I had was maybe $1-2 at best. He said, they would be out of business if they charge that per copy. I paid him the $5 for the 2 pages because it wasn't worth arguing over, but I won't be returning, due to the extremely poor customer service.

Excellent professional services handled with expert care in a very fast manner. Superb!read more

My office is in Manhattan and while doing some work from home today I needed 11x17 size paper for…read morean urgent presentation - something that my printer at home is not capable of. I rushed to the UPS on Park Avenue only to find that their computers were down and to be directed to the Staples in Oceanside (terrible location, worthy a yelp review). Out of desperation to avoid the Oceanside staples, I went into my YELP app and found this place with in a few blocks of the UPS and I will definitely become a regular customer!! The place seems like it only does invitation and pictures or calendars but upon walking in and asking Miranda if she could print my file I was delighted not only to find that she would gladly do so and had the resources but she was SO friendly and reassuring that it would get done right away. She worked with me, gave me time to reformat my file for her while being surrounded by the most pleasant coconut smell (there is a small bath soap section - nice touch). Overall, my experience was quick and painless and she even went as far as to give me a discount that I didn't even ask for! LBPC is capable of all items advertised but also can print any presentations or work related documents as well. They also have an email to which you can send your formatted files to be printed at any time and Miranda will always reply "got it" or some other form of confirmation. Very conscientious staff which should do very well considering that there are no FedEx/Kinkos in the area and Staples and UPS are not convenient or easy. My only recommendation would be that after business picks up maybe they could add some work stations so that you can print yourself, but that's future. A welcome new place to Long Beach that I will definitely tell my friends about.

Amazing is an understatement, the mounted poster was incredible. Perfectly framed and glossed. If you're looking for recommendations for printing, this is the place.

My family has chosen to use the services of a different funeral home due to distressing events in dealing with Jordan's. My father was a veteran and yet, with 12 days between his death and the funeral, there were no military honors afforded him at the time of the funeral even though we requested it. His cremains were presented to us at the time of the funeral in an urn. Three months later, Calverton National Cemetary notified us that the funeral director had dropped off an additional bag of ashes indicating that the cremains in the bag also belonged to my father. To say we were confused would be an understatement. We had the urn at home on my mother's mantle and now another bag of ashes purporting to be our father's. We reached out to the director, had meetings with him, and were refunded our money. But what still remains is how we could have over 12lbs of ashes from a 5'5", 145lb, 92yo man who died from bone cancer. Needless to say, while Jordan's refunded our money, no one ever helped us to resolve or answer the question of why there were 2 separate containers of ashes. And, who do they really belong to?
