I will give a zero if I could my experience with this location is on October 6th, I had two…read morepackages that I needed to drop off since I was in the area I stopped here. unbeknown to me. I didn't find out until October 16th that one of the packages was not returned to the sender so I went up there the next day drove 45 minutes to get there cause I do not live in Killeen Once I got there of course I don't know if she was the manager or just the rep but she stated that they have no indication that a package was dropped off. I asked her can she pull the camera up? She will see that I did bring in two packages. The lady that took the packages was there and I pointed to her and stated she was the one that took both of my packages, pull up the camera footage I was told that they cannot see anything past seven days. OK what am I supposed to do? Well she gave me a number told me I needed to call UPS because since this was an Amazon return, they have nothing to do with it if I had an actual UPS label for it that was purchased within the store then they can assist me so now I have a whole package that's just disappeared. Called UPS and they stated that I can't file a claim because the tracking number is not listed. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life and believe me I will not be back there and I hope you guys realize you all need to check Anything that you drop off at this location because they seem like they do not care they do not try to assist and they do not have good customer service skills.
