I have used this store for many things. Their ability to fill serve all your printing needs including the knowledge of how to print, number, and perforate raffle ticket books while giving advice on the legal ease language is always a breeze. it's an inconvenience to the store to manage Amazon returns, and I've watched them diligently handle people returns packaged incorrectly for drop off, knowing they're making a few pennies for each one, way less than what their time and materials are. Ive witnessed the staff go out of their way, the owner come in on days off, and an overall willingness to not only keep the store clean and healthy to conduct business, but to do it efficiently utilizing the tools someone else designed for them, which doesn't always match with the real world... but they get it done! To those who have posted accusatory or angry reviews, I'm confident that you didn't meet with their management or owners because they are great to their communities and an asset. I've never been met with any attitude that didn't match my own, unless I had a bad one, then it was matched with an uplifting and helpful interaction. I drove from Antilley at Abilene Regional to the UPS on Catclaw at 1:35PM. to mail a gift. Streets are clear of ice and snow but pavement is wet. I got to UPS and the door is locked with a sign saying in inclement weather they may be closed. There were two other seniors there who wanted service but like me, they had wasted their gas. We were all perturbed, as I said, the streets were clear. read more

I've experience such good service in other UPS stores in other cities for most of 20 years. I will not enter this store again and am ending my business relationship there. Unfortunately this particular store continues to employ an extremely rude individual referred to in other reviews. Such a shame as other employees, management and services are fine. Used them for five years for PO Box--never late. Suddenly they are deemed an essential business so they raise their rates with no notice and put an expired notice in my box--and they have the nerve to call me rude? Go ahead and lose some more packages--you certainly lost my business and you will lose many more. read more

What a difference a year makes. I went in this store at 5:30 PM and there were 2 young people working, serving customers as quickly and politely as possible. I was helped by a young man with an Afro, (sorry I didn't get his name) but he was enthusiastic, helpful and efficient. Good job! read more

This store states they have print shop service but unable to print a simple attachment from my email without out even attempting. I offered to pay the $4 plus 9cents per page but they stated I needed to order my pattern from THEIR computer to be able to print the pattern. (The worker stated, she sincs her phone to her printer at home.) Fed Rx on Danville did for .27 cents worked perfectly. read more

Great customer service! We were looking for a place to print a passport photo taken #1 ourselves of our infant (because it has been hard to get him to sit still for a professional one) and #2 with the State Dept's free online passport photo tool. Photo labs at Walmart, Sam's Club, and FEDEX wouldn't print off the cropped jpeg photo off of our flash drive, but this UPS store had the capability AND flexibility to make it happen. The passport photo price was good, too. Less than any drugstore. Thanks! read more

Spoke to an employee today, a young woman, who was EXTREMELY rude. Will not be shipping from this location again.

Wow.. I haven't seen this bad of customer service in awhile.. stopped in to drop off a package & couldn't help notice an elderly lady in front of me that had came to pick up a small package. The associate helping her (Ray? Roy?) was SO RUDE! He mentioned she had three packages in, she asked if she could get the two fairly large ones tomorrow as she didn't have help and didn't think she could carry them. He told her no because they couldn't continue to hold it for her, I understand that it may be a company policy but he treated this lady poorly. He said "Well! Do you need help!!!?" She said "yes that would be helpful" & he replied "well we can't help!! We have a line!!" It was the way he was talking to her. Like she was stupid. Extremely RUDE & unprofessional. They had an employee at every register and only two people in line. He could've easily taken the 3 minutes to help her carry them out to her car. 3 simple minutes it would've taken to be a decent human being. I know that because I helped her and that's all the time it took. She was so thankful & I am so glad I was there to help her. I am disappointed that UPS allows their employees to treat their customers this way.. Wow.. I will definitely never use this location again. read more
