I went to pick my posters up, and they didn't print them because "your credit card was declined". I didn't even use a card! And why didn't anyone bother to call and tell me that my time sensitive printing wasn't being printed?!? I showed the confirmation number and such, but nope. When I asked them to print on the spot, and I would pay for it in cash, they couldn't even access my files. When I checked with PayPal, Office Depot had never even tried to initiate the transaction.
