    Seemingly overnight, there are numerous negative comments posted here (and on other public access websites) about one specific employee of this business. As if suddenly everyone who conducts business there decided to complain about that one certain employee. This seems rather unusual and seems to be a form of targeted harassment. There doesn't seem to be any effort made by management to ascertain the nature of the sudden influx of negative reviews. One would believe that management would be finding out the nature of the complaints and reaching out to the complainers for more information. This sudden wave of negative comments seems to a concerted effort by someone to do harm to this employee's career. By only speaking negatively about the employee, and not reaching out to management with their concerns (which is how the proper complaint and resolution system works) the complaints appear targeted. Such complaints may border on libel and open the posters of these to civil litigation. It is one thing to speak your mind on social media, such as Facebook, but business websites are typically considered official places of business by the courts, and are typically held under tighter scrutiny for negative posts. Employers are required by OSHA to provide a safe and un-harassed environment for their employees. By any member of management not investigating suspicious and or sudden appearing outrageous complaints about their employees, employers may open themselves to civil litigation as well, for allowing a "hostile work environment" to persist against their employee. Any employee who feels threatened by customers, or feels abandoned by their employer, should seek legal counsel from profession employment limitation attorneys. There are several in good standing with good records in the middle Tennessee area. I would suggest someone, such as the Consumer and Employment Law Group, to protect the civil rights of persons employed by businesses that allow their employees to be harassed and unjustly subjected to negative comments in public media.     Highly recommend Claro if you're dealing with a mold problem. These guys will take your issues…read moreseriously! We purchased a new home where the prior owners had not maintained their 12yo HVAC and the house had a bad smell to it. We learned the HVAC had been leaking evaporant, leading to mold growth throughout the duct work that spread across the entire house. When I called explaining the situation Nick was very knowledgeable and had seen this issue before. He explained the potential health impacts of mold and the safety and efficacy of dry fog remediation treatment. (They have a lot of cool studies you can check out on their website too.) Jason came out to perform testing and he and Nick walked through the home with us to take a look at everything. Once we had results back, they scheduled us within a week for service. What was interesting to us is that dry fog doesn't just treat the visible places where your eye can see mold growth, it seeps into the nooks and crannies throughout the house to ensure what you can't see is addressed too. The pricing for everything was very reasonable for treating the entire house. Nick also had a great recommendation to integrate a de-humidifier directly into our ductwork to keep humidity in our basement-system low moving forward. They then plan to come out for re-testing in 6mo just to ensure we're continuing to stay mold free. Nick and Jason were great to work with and helped us feel better about staying in our house long-term. Absolutely give them a call if you're having a mold issue!

Turns out we had mold growing in our HVAC from moisture around the AC coils. We first had a water restoration company come out and give us a bid for remediation because we thought insurance would cover it. Insurance wouldn't pay and we couldn't afford their price so I wen't searching for an option that wouldn't require me to replace the HVAC. A friend directed me to Claro. Said they could fog the house and kill the mold. So I called and Nick and Jason came out the next day. Their bid was 1/5th the price and they would treat the whole house, not just the HVAC. So we did it and I can't even describe how much better everyone feels. The air just feels cleaner and the AC coils look brand new. If you're dealing with mold or air quality issues, call these guys first. Seriously impressed.

    I had a banner printed with my logo. I brought the logo artwork on a thumb drive and walked through…read morethe order with the print person. I didn't look at the banner for a couple of days. On the day I was leaving for my vendor exhibit, I opened the banner to learn instead of teale green and a dark scarlet color, they had printed the logo in bright blue and bright red. I called the store to adv ise and was told their Canva can't match my colors. They could NOT match my colors. The woman there told me they could give me credit when I returned from my show. I went to my vendor show and today went into store to get my "credit". I spoke with the Print Manager at the Dickson, Tn store. He advised me they could only give me store credit. I need the money to pay someone else to print this banner. The print Mgr advised, I had waited too long to return the item so, I could only get store credit. I walked out! Be careful when getting professional print work done at this store. You may not get what you ordered and may have to unapologetically be expected to pay for their mistake.

    Just a public service announcement to any new families moving, or families moving out!…read more Lessons learned!! Do not use All My Sons moving company. The movers, staff and anyone associated with them were rude and unfriendly. The charges on this invoice are for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment (that was completely packed and boxed for them) just boxes and furniture. When contacted about the prices I was informed that they charge an hour travel time regardless if they move a tv across the street or an hour. So moving my apartment 3.2 miles cost me almost $200 alone. Plus gas! So you pay gas and time for the employees to work...when they aren't even working for me yet... The packing material that was used was clear plastic wrap...$150....on two dressers, a couch and a couple other small items....but $150...?? They were slow and unprofessional as it took them 40 minutes to take the legs off my kitchen table, and were caught playing with my daughter's toys. And broke my husband's drill doing so! $1411....!!!!! Insane don't be stupid like me and get tricked by the hidden fees!!!

They arrived with the furniture and acted like nothing had happened. We were closing on our house the next day. We didn't find the damage until late in the evening. It was a nightmare. We were up for 38 hours straight. We had to have all repairs done by our inspection at 9 AM. They are willing to pay for repairs, but they will not refund, any amount on our move. I am going to take them to civil court and file a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. We have not even gotten an apology. There should be criminal charges for what is essentially a hit-and-run. Corporate office claims department are rude. They have zero respect for their customers.
