Seemingly overnight, there are numerous negative comments posted here (and on other public access websites) about one specific employee of this business. As if suddenly everyone who conducts business there decided to complain about that one certain employee. This seems rather unusual and seems to be a form of targeted harassment. There doesn't seem to be any effort made by management to ascertain the nature of the sudden influx of negative reviews. One would believe that management would be finding out the nature of the complaints and reaching out to the complainers for more information. This sudden wave of negative comments seems to a concerted effort by someone to do harm to this employee's career. By only speaking negatively about the employee, and not reaching out to management with their concerns (which is how the proper complaint and resolution system works) the complaints appear targeted. Such complaints may border on libel and open the posters of these to civil litigation. It is one thing to speak your mind on social media, such as Facebook, but business websites are typically considered official places of business by the courts, and are typically held under tighter scrutiny for negative posts. Employers are required by OSHA to provide a safe and un-harassed environment for their employees. By any member of management not investigating suspicious and or sudden appearing outrageous complaints about their employees, employers may open themselves to civil litigation as well, for allowing a "hostile work environment" to persist against their employee. Any employee who feels threatened by customers, or feels abandoned by their employer, should seek legal counsel from profession employment limitation attorneys. There are several in good standing with good records in the middle Tennessee area. I would suggest someone, such as the Consumer and Employment Law Group, to protect the civil rights of persons employed by businesses that allow their employees to be harassed and unjustly subjected to negative comments in public media. Thank you.

The service at this location is horrible! The employees are rude and dismissive! I will not do any more business here!

Goin' Postal

This place is a huge blessing and asset to this city! No need to go to a FedEx or UPS Store, which…read morewere miles away anyway. This place will meet all your postal needs and more. There are countless things wonderful about this business: 1. The staff members, esp. the owner, Lisa, remember you and always pleasantly greet you. 2. Their service is top-notch and stellar. I never worry about my package delivery or any other service not being taken care of with excellence. 3. The many conveniences that they offer that saved me from problematic situations and missed deadlines: faxing, notary, printing requests via email, which I frequently used for months until I got my own printer. They would have my printouts ready before I even got there. I always felt comfortable with how they handled my confidential information. 4. This is a family-run business with two owners but I'm only familiar with Lisa. Lisa works hard! I've seen her go in during peak seasons outside of store hours to make sure deliveries and such are taken care of. 5. They have the best selection of greeting cards. They really do! I could never resist getting a few while I was there even if I didn't know yet whom I were going to give or send them to. I cried after I went in to let the Lisa know I was moving away. She made me feel so valued and gave me a big hug. She said she would miss me and I knew she meant it. This place is THE example of a small-town, genuine warm and fuzzy, lovey dovey, Hallmark movie cozy experience - a true gem.
