He yelled at me and insisted that it had nothing to do with the zip code and that he couldn't change it. I asked him why he was so angry and he accused me of asking him the same question three times. I hate this store, especially the grumpy old man with the attitude. Have taken several Amazon returns to this store and twice now I have not received a refund because they claim they have never received. When I have given tracking number, it has apparently never been scanned? Trying to talk to someone (especially the old man who refuses to even make eye contact, weird) about the situation is a waste of time. read more

I hate going into this place. Every time it's something else with the staff. This time I went with my wife to get a medical release form notarized. I had the misfortune of going in there while Dan was working. Dan refused to notarize our document because the document was in Spanish. I tried to explain to him that a UPS store worker who took a 3- hour course to become a notary doesn't make him qualified to be able to understand a medical release even if it were in English, but he still refused. I suspect he has some bias towards Latinos, as after I left I looked on the CO Secratary of State website and it says there clear as day that a document doesn't have to be in a language you can understand in order to notarize it. I called back and asked Dan to pass a message to the owner so I could file a complaint, but after a month and a half still haven't heard back. Now instead of just letting them know that Dan should go through some retraining, I have to file a complaint with the Secretary of State. Next time I'll go down the hill to the UPS Store in Littleton. That place is great. read more

horrible customer service. i've gone to this location a few times for basic shipping, amazon returns and a notarization. i try to use the kiosk for returns (less attitude) but this time i was told it wasn't working and this rude guy named Dan grabbed my printed off barcodes, took 3 packages (2 were on 1 barcode) and said ... do you need a receipt? i said no for the first time - lesson learned. fast forward, only 1 item registered with amazon. i called the store and dan was belligerent and said NOT MY PROBLEM. YOU MUST NOT HAVE GIVEN ME BOTH BARCODES. WORK WITH AMAZON. i said, wow, just wow .. are you kidding me? so i asked if he'd check their returns and he said... NOPE, THEY HAVE BEEN PICKED UP. and then he went back to basically accusing me of not giving him the barcodes for the other two items. maybe they think they can treat customers like cr*p since they are one of the few full service shipping stores in town, but i won't tolerate it. they've lost a customer and probably could care less. and yes, i reported the store to UPS corporate. read more

From now on, I will just go to a UPS store in town. I went in to ask what else I could do, besides write return to sender, on the previous owners of our house, mail and packages so they would be able to get them as they seem important. After kindly explaining the situation, the lady behind the counter looked frustrated and then began yelling at me and scribbling sharpie all over their package. She told me that I should know to just put return to sender and send it back. I was super upset at the response and unprofessional attitude of this employee. This unfortunately isn't my first rude run in here, but that did it for me. I was very disappointed and embarrassed. read more

I went to the UPS store today, in Conifer and was treated like a stupid person. I didn't understand how the Amazon return thing worked and had to find the label. The "owner" was so rude. I called him out and asked his name he told me he was the owner and there was nothing I could do. WOW! Why do people have to be so mean? I have never been treated so rudely. The employee behind the counter did not greet me, did not welcome me, did not make eye contact, and did not acknowledge my presence in any way. I stood there and waited to do my super quick 30 second Amazon return. But this did NOT happen. The employee buried herself in a "notary" transaction with a couple. When I finally realized I was not going to get any service, I asked, "is there anybody here who can help me? I just have a quick Amazon return." She reluctantly said she might be able to help me but I could get no receipt for my return. (You should always get a receipt for your Amazon return, in case there are any issues with your refund!!!) I desperately asked if "i could just do a quick Amazon return and how long does a notary take?" the employee replied, "a looooooooong time!" So she was just going to let me stand there a "loooooooooong time" with no communucation that she could provide me no service and she was completely ok with this level of poor customer service. I don't understand why she couldn't quickly scan my Amazon QR code, print me a receipt, and I'd be out of there in less than 30 seconds. Instead she was ok ignoring me and making me stand there indefinitely with no acknowledgement and no service. I left WITHOUT doing my return and I will NEVER come to this business again. There are A LOT of other UPS stores I'm happy to give my business to. Goodbye Conifer UPS store. read more

The staff at this store is always helpful and friendly. We typically get in and out quickly. It is great to have this store nearby.

I visit this location at least once a week to ship packages. I have never had an issue until this past week. The employee Matt at minimum needs additional training in addition to an attitude adjustment. I'm surprised too at the lack of care the "manager" had when I called to complain. Not to mention she was at the register next to him (didn't learn until later that she is the "manager") when my situation occurred and didn't step in. The owner Jack returns from vacation June 14th. I will visit the store everyday if needed to reach him. If I were the owner I would want to know how my customers are being treated. His location is not the only one for shipping and in a small town like Conifer it will start to impact him when customers go to Staples instead! read more

Super rude, not helpful. They refused to sign for receipt of a high value package (which UPS requires in order to have valid insurance if something happened). They told me to call a truck to pick it up and they wouldn't help me at all since I bought the label online. Said they were not affiliated with UPS since they were a franchise? If it's an important package or has any value I would avoid this location. I wont be back. read more

This is a great UPS store - Judy & the staff are very friendly, helpful, proactive, and responsive. We've used their notary services quite a bit lately;my father passed away last month & I'm sole trustee. There is PAPERWORK when a relative passes, folks. We've had a number of large hard copy documents need scanning & conversion to PDF, and the team does it perfectly and fast. I typically do shipping labels from home and drop off packages. Lovely bride takes stuff to ship - their packing services are fairly priced and done right. They even have a USPS drop off so you can do all your shipping in one trip! You'll love these guys. read more

This is my local UPS and the thought I would leave them a good review because they are polite, swift and engaging when time permits. I have seen people get impatient when they have to wait more than a few minutes in line to get back to their o so important lives and it reminds me of our horrible first world problems.... props UPS crew:) read more

Crappy Passport Photo service.... I needed a passport photo taken, and went to this store...TWO days in a row, having sent my passport photos to the expedited service, I was told not only were the photos not acceptable due to the color being "off", but also the paper they were printed on was unexceptable. I went to a Walgreen's today to have the photos re-done. When I went to this Conifer UPS store to explain that the prior 2 days, they were denied by the passport service. When I asked for a refund, I was given $15.16. I explained to the woman there that I had paid $20.00, she told me, "Not unless you got another service, this is all that is paid for passport photos." I attempted to explain the $20.00 charge, to no avail. Not only was I charged more money than was returned, the passport photos were denied. One would think this Confer UPS store would, (1) take passport photos that were acceptable and, (2) all employees would charge the same amount for the photos. This less-than-optimal service should NOT be acceptable by Conifer residents.... read more

The staff at this location are really nice. But the owner is a complete jerk. I actually called the distribution center for our area to complain about the owner of the Conifer location, and they said "yeah, we've heard that a lot." I drop all my UPS at Staples in Conifer. read more
