I had several packages that were labeled and ready to send. I arrived at their store at the last minute... I was unaware of the closing time but saw the sign outside said they were still open. When the gentleman who operates the store came out to get the sign, he was more than happy to grab my packages and take care of them. That's what I call five star service.
