The person behind the desk would not assist me with signing in to their website to have them print a letter. He showed me the password and walked away to help other customers. I asked for help and he stated that there was nothing he could do for me. I asked for another employee. She came out and stated the password the previous employee gave me was old. I received a different password and was unable to log on. She told me that I would have to drive to Starbucks and send the information to UPS through Starbucks' Wi-Fi. I drove to Starbucks and sent the information to UPS via Starbucks' Wi-Fi. I drove back to UPS to have the letter printed and she printed the letter on card stock (at no extra charge). I shipped a computer monitor back to the manufacturer for repair using this UPS location. The monitor had faint horizontal lines running across the screen, a pretty common problem that the manufacturer acknowledged. The manufacturer agreed to fix it free of charge because it's under their warranty. However, upon arrival at the manufacturer, they found a crack on the monitor casing and the screen. The damage was caused during shipment, and they quoted me $460 for the repair. I went back to this UPS location and opened up a claim. They said that they will reach out to the manufacturer to do an investigation. Two weeks have gone by, and the manufacturer has not heard anything. And in case you are wondering, yes, I insured the monitor for its cost ($1000) because I know accidents can happen during shipment. However, it doesn't appear that this store will honor that. And now if you're wondering what's the point of getting insurance, well, so am I. $1000 is not that big of a deal. What bothers me is how this UPS branch does business. I understand that there are instances of fraud. Being a business owner myself, I understand that there are unscrupulous customers from time to time. However, if they say they will do an investigation, then they should do it. It seems like opening up a claim was a tactic they used to shoo me away. Because UPS hasn't reached out to them and it's taking up space in their warehouse, the manufacturer wants to ship the monitor back to me. I told them not to because I will just dispose of it once I receive it. I chose not to pay for the repair because if I do, I'm afraid it will break again upon shipping anyways. I will continue to deal with the claim without bothering the manufacturer. All I'm going to say after my ordeal is I do not recommend using this store. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

The first time I arrived, they opened up a little after 9 am when the sign on the window states 9am on Saturday. Arrived today at 9:05am, on a Saturday at once again, store is closed. I went in for fingerprinting for a license and they were great!! They took a lot of accountability to try really hard to make them turn out perfectly and were very careful to package them to ship so they wouldn't be damaged. My partner and I came in to drop off wristbands for a concert to be shipped out to its respective party. The shipping labels were insured. We did not have a box to ship them out so the individual assisting us grabbed two small envelopes we handed him the wrist bands in two different bags and instructed him to ship 6 to one address and 2 to another. He grabbed our things and we left. Upon arrival of one of the packages we were notified that the package was switched which would result in 5k we'd have to pay back to the party that order the 6 due to this mistake. I called this location and spoke with several people. I requested to see if they would be able to assist with generating an expedited label to a different location as we were able to connect with the party that received the extra wristbands. I contacted the store to hopefully get this addressed and spoke with Ryan the store manager. When I shared what happened he simply said yeah its a he said she said situation. I explained that it was not and the individual that we handed the items to was shown exactly where things were supposed to be sent. I asked wether the location had cameras that they could look at to verify as their negligence and lack of accountability will cost 5k to which Ryan said I cant disclose that! (which is odd how does a mail store not have cameras?) I asked if they would honor at least a shipping label to get this sent back he said I can sell it to you. I asked for the store owners information which Ryan would not provide as he stated he is the only person I would be speaking to regarding this. At first I was hoping that they would at least try to make this right, but after further thought seeing how poorly they handled this situation I do not trust them with any package moving forward. And to the store owner Peter, save the comments and implement some change. Being a small business owner is HARD however you have a track record and the reviews speak volumes I hope this is a wake up call to either change how you treat your customers or close your business as it provides 0 value and has resulted in several people having to pay for your mistakes. And a great lesson for others I hope they read these reviews and are careful! I would way rather go to a different local store where the owner shows accountability and does right by his customers. And if you do not handle pre- labeled items why don't you have you team say that instead of taking our package and handling it themselves. why don't you pull the tapes? I feel like I can't adequately write a review because the service was so quick here that I was in and out in under a minute. Came to this location to return an Amazon gift. I know. I know......Probably shouldn't even admit that, but it was a gift I already owned and I had to return it. Amazon instructed me to go to the nearest UPS store with a QR code they gave me. So I came to this UPS store with my bubble-wrapped Amazon return in hand and my code. I was the only customer there. Told the guy I was returning an Amazon gift. He quickly scanned it, took my package and said "thanks". I asked if I needed to purchase a new bubble-wrapped envelope for the return and he said he would reuse my old one. Wow! So easy!! The service was so quick and easy. I never like returning items, but I'm glad this UPS store made it easy to return my item. Now I'll wait and hope that it gets to Amazon okay. *crossing fingers* In the mean time, I will gladly return to this store again. read more

I visit this UPS location weekly and will continue to only use this location in the future. To start: the staff, no matter the turnover, always greet my daughter and I by name, engage in friendly conversation, ensure prompt and professional service, and are knowledgeable about every one of my shipping, printing, and notary needs. The line at this location is never more than two or three people. I've noticed staff drop what they were doing to help a customer to keep efficiency with the traffic moving. Other locations' lines are out the door with twice as many staff working. I truly appreciate the level service, the positive attitude of the staff along with their work ethic, and their ability to establish relationships with many of their repeat and casual customers. read more

I called today to get some info about shipping a box which i have never shipped outside the us. The first guy i talked to was super sweet and told me to call back with postal code. Unfortunately when i called back i had a younger guy that i explained what i wanted to get into on and gave me one word answers, then i explained to him i have never sent that far so i was trying to get an ideai , he proceeded to mock me and laugh as i was asking him. I will not come here anymore period. The few times I've attempted the employees came off as if they have been on drugs and are still are. The employee was shaking the entire time he dealt with me. He was scattered repeated questions after I'd answered them already. Considering the last interaction with this store they switched the labels on very expensive packages on "accident" and then I was told that I was out of luck for any solution because there was no evidence. This cost me thousands of dollars. When I attempted to get ahold of a manager or an owner they refused to connect me. I walked out of the store and went to the one less than 2 miles down the street near Eos fitness. They have always done a great job and don't come off like they are drug addicts when I walk in. I am very upset with UPS at the moment. Their job is to be sure my package gets here safely, but apparently it was just going to sit at this store until I called in. Poor communication between drivers and employees, and I was given conflicting information from the sheet of paper left on my front porch. I was annoyed, but then the phone call happened and it set me off. Incredibly rude costumer service from Kathy. She was rude from the start of the phone call, and then when I asked questions she kept giving me a number to call like she was above talking to me, that I wasn't worth her time. She was so dismissive and barely even tried to salvage anything when I asked her name. UPS needs to focus on higher training standards and better costumer service. Shouldn't take an hour to locate my package and have it resent to me when I was told to just sit tight and wait for it. UPDATE: This is a week later and several calls later. I left specific instruction to leave the package on my door regardless of whether or not I was there. I left for an hour to come back and find that my package has been returned to the store again. I have to go through all these steps again to MAYBE get my package. Apparently while the store can hold and return your package to sender. They can do literally nothing else. They are a waste of time. Never use UPS or ever use their stores. UPDATE 2: This reply just furthers my frustration. I came back to delete the review as I don't like to stay angry for long but your response is passive aggressive and full of information that was presented to me in a very different way. Over the phone this was presented to me like everything was wasting your time and the tone of the entire conversation was incredibly demeaning. Phrasing and tone of voice means so much. He became very cranky saying "you will not take a picture of me." Don't do business with Pete!!!! I was a box owner for 2 years without any issues, until the owner Pete hires an unruly employee named Marcus. Approx three weeks ago, I went to the store unfortunately and asked Marcus if he could hand me my mail. On that particular day, I forgot my keys to the box. This has happened before and normally I verify myself and they retrieve my packages. Marcus was irritated that I didn't have my key and asked for the name on the box. Well, there are two names on the box, myself and another person. I gave him both names but he only repeated back one and asked for an ID. I asked Marcus, did he see one person's or two on the account, because the name he used wasn't mine and of course I couldn't show him another person's ID. He got upset and walked away stating "If you don't have ID I'm not giving you anything" I told him I've been a customer for 2 years and he didn't need to be rude. Long story short, Marcus with threw my ID on the floor and made some very rude remarks towards me. Subsequently the next day, I spoke with Pete the owner and told him to watch the surveillance video footage to see how his employee was acting. Pete stated that the cameras don't work. So, of course I closed out my acct and went elsewhere. I honestly believe Marcus is his lover and he doesn't want to fire him. Do yourself a favor and go to another UPS store. read more

It is so rare to have service that stands out as profoundly as my service yesterday did. I walked up to the UPS store as the girl (later to find out her name was Noeme) was closing the store. She wasn't closing early, she was literally ready to lock up, keys in hand. I had 2 boxes to ship and was late to get there. She not only helped me get the two boxes back in the (almost closed) store, she helped tape them up and even though that was 10+ minutes that she probably wasn't getting paid for, she had a smile on her face the whole time. Any other person I feel, including myself, might have said sorry come back tomorrow. She didn't do that. As I drove away I saw her still working to take care of my late deposit, again probably off the clock for a stranger. I called her manager Mason who raved about her as well, in agreement that service like that is sadly not a norm, but great to hear. His service friendliness and response (even before finding out if my comment was positive or negative) made me think, WOW, I need to put this experience on Yelp!
