I came in yesterday to drop off an Amazon return. I walked in and saw a line 7 people long, and I almost turned around and walked out. We've all been to these places and they're never speedy and always exhausting. But I needed to return this thing, so I waited. I am writing this review because I was SO impressed with the solo guy working! He was so much fun, creating light conversation with everyone in line. I found myself giggling along to his jokes and not at all upset that I was standing in line. But the best part is that he was a quick and efficient worker, so my time in line wasn't long at all! I didn't catch this man's name, but the store owner needs to figure out who was working Friday afternoon and give him a raise! read more

I would not recommend this UPS store at all. The people who work here are incredibly rude. Every single time I go in there they are just so nasty (I won't single out the worst person). I walked into this UPS on Saturday 05/18/2024 to send a shipment back home. This was the closest UPS to where I was staying. I entered the store and it looked messy with packages all over the place, customer's packages sitting on the counters that needed to be shipped out. I waited in line and received help from a tall thin male clerk. He was rude upon checking in. I told him I would need a box to mail it. He told me, "well what size do you need, walk to the front of the store and look at those boxes then come back and tell me what you want." I then decided that I would need a 16x16x16 box. When I reached the front counter again, he asked me what I was mailing. I told him my backpack and school stuff needed to be mailed back home. His response to me was, "oh I got a new backpack and proceeds to open my Oakley backpack and go through it." I've never had any UPS worker go through any package even if it was not taped shut. I handed over my backpack and a target bag that was nicely put together. He totaled everything up and told me my total was $118.38 and never showed or verbally mentioned how much the package was. Not the weight of the items (including the box). The only receipt I received stated: Ground Residential $95.96 Material Work Order Pack $20.95 With taxes it totaled out to $118.38 After paying the fees, he told me "thank you." Then stated 'next' for the next customer. I asked, "wait are you not putting my items in the box." His response was, "it won't get shipped out until Monday, and it'll be there by May 28th." I told him "I know, but it still needs to be packaged." He said, "it'll be done later." I left the store for a good 20-30 minutes and sat in the car, I felt uneased by this. After talking to my significant other, he told me something didn't feel right and that the UPS guy should've packaged my items in front of me, and to go cancel my shipment. I called the UPS corporate line and was told that since the package has not shipped, I can return back to the store and cancel my shipment. I walked back into the store, cancelled my shipment, and received my unpackaged items - which was sitting in the back clearly visible to everyone. When I received the items, the Target bag was opened and ransack - he only opened my backpack in front of me, never opened the target bag. Nothing was missing, because I didn't leave anything of expensive value. That following Monday, I was able to grab a box from the local Target for less than $3.00 and shipped my items from the local USPS. I was provided the amount of weight of the package, 20 lbs 8 ounces in a bigger size box plus shipping. USPS told me that it will be there by Saturday 05/25 for only $66.30 after taxes. The packaged was sent on Monday 05/20 and by Wednesday, I received it in California. Shipment alone UPS $95.96 - USPS $66.30 = $29.66 difference in pay, and I received my items quicker through USPS with better customer service compared to UPS. read more

They allegedly have "Fingerprinting" services there, however the scanner does not work. The employee there must be striving to get reviews for his gaslighting, ageism, and blame the victim mentality. Pottery barn told me to come to a ups store and they will print out a label and ship it back I came to the store and the lady told me they will take it and ship it back only it's if closed with the label otherwise it's $5.11 to just print the label! Ok ... the UPS stores are conveniently located and offer a variety of services. This location is less busy than some others in the area. They are friendly and helpful. I've used them for notary service when I can't get to my bank (my bank will notarize for free) but it is expensive. I recently stopped in to send out 2 large scrapbooks to my sister on the west coast. He said it would be $30 each, so I went to the post office instead- They were able to send both for $35. Sooo ... it's fine as long as you know that you'll be paying much more than other alternatives. read more

If your life depends on going to this store... just take an early death. It's not worth it. I just spent 20 minutes waiting in line abs witnessing the worse experience I've ever seen in my life. I've been to UPS Stores many times in my life. I tried to mail a 10 lbs package via ground no more than 18" talk abs they tried to rob me for $180. Worse than that I watched the sweaty guys working there literally pull things out of a box that had already been packed for a previous customer to show off what was in there... possibly criminal? These guys were sweating all over e place and actually told a woman that was behind me to come forward in front of me because they obviously preferred to wait on an attractive lady instead of some guy. She has a terrible attitude and just isn't a nice person. If she hates her job that much then she should find another one. They are very short staffed and the staff of one can only handle one call vs customer at a time IF they are not finishing up a previous project while you wait and watch. I was waiting next door to drop off my pet at Banfield next door and I see a woman walk into the UPS store without a mask. I was thinking of all the packages that go out of the store and are mixed in with other packages going to people and potentially exposing them to COVID-19. I look closer and see that the store does not have a sign saying that masks are required. I was concerned so I walked in to inquire about this and the allowing of people to not wear masks. To my surprise one of the employees was not wearing a mask I asked about this and another employee told me to leave I'll be contacting Palm Beach county next to see if anything can be done to protect us. Plus it is $100.00 less per year. I also was shocked that the employees at this ups store didn't wear masks. I called the store one day to see if I had mail. I was put on hold and heard yelling going on. it was between a customer and the people working in the store. They never came back to me, so I listened to the fight. Whether I'm sending or receiving a package, I'm treated with the utmost respect and receive a high standard of excellence in every way. UPS stocks whatever you need to send that important package. Worse UPS location I've ever been to. Very poor customer service, Nate and this other lady at the front desk were very unprofessional. When asking her to package an item for me, she made us wait wait so they could take care of everyone else in line first. I would expect that if it's my turn, they would finish with us first before going to the next customer. We patiently waited anyways, I wanted to make sure it was packaged correctly since it was 2 Louis Vuitton purses and I didn't want them to be too crammed up in the box. When she proceeded to package my items, I asked her very politely if she had put the packing list in the box. Her answer was "you should've packaged it yourself". I would have gladly done that if she had given me the materials to do so. I don't understand why people have such attitude towards a customers, especially when I'm being polite. So I go here often to drop off my amazon returns because of how convenient it is near my house. I think it's time to find a different location though because even though they have a sign on the door telling us we are required to wear a mask (which I'm happy to do) the employees don't wear them. I went there on March 28, Wednesday. I just got an odd feeling from the moment I walked in there. Nobody greeted me & a few moments later I mailed my package. It seemed way overpriced ($16 for a few pieces of paper) & the Sales Representative seemed unfriendly & like he did not want to be there. They ran my debit card a few times & seems like I got charged double. Look, I am not expecting an amazing experience at a UPS store, but this place just was not great. Came to this UPS store and they were super nice. I did not wind up using this location to ship things because they could not charge my UPS account here. I needed to go to the official UPS shipping center which was about 15 to 20 minutes away. They said hey could verify our UPS account from this location. The guy at the counter gave me the other address and I appreciate how helpful they were here. read more

There isn't a single sign for pricing in the whole store.. He also goes on to say if I didn't have an attitude about paying it, he wouldn't have charged me. When I refused to pay it, he grabbed my package and called the police since I didn't want to ship it there not pay it After going to another ups store, they have signs posted everywhere. DO NOT use this store to ship, there are plenty of other options in the area. I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience there this week, the owner of the store robbed me of a $5 "Computer Use Fee" for a $4 priority mail shipment that I had visited the store to send out. There is NO SIGN anywhere on the premise, or the general vicinity of the computer designating the fee, and I would have used my iPhone to look up the shipping address instead of paying $5 for less than 3 minutes of use for a $4 shipment. I had no choice but to fork over the $5 because I was in a rush and no mood to argue, and he already had my package behind the desk. He also seemed to find the position which I found myself in amusing, which is probably because he encounters this exact situation several times per week. On top of it all, he claimed that he could not offer insurance on USPS mail because it was a UPS store, which I highly doubt because he sent my package via USPS Priority Mail. I am curious to see if my package even makes it to its destination without an issue. Very dishonest business practices, I will definitely NOT be visiting here again. There are plenty of alternative pack & ship stores in the area, including one in the neighboring shopping center on St Andrews. read more

I'll just start off by saying that I will never rely on this company to deliver anything important for me again. I ordered my college transcript from an institution that used this delivery service and they lost my package in route. At first they gave me the run around by telling me to check back tomorrow but I knew something was fishy as I paid for 2nd day delivery on Wednesday and it was next Monday and I hadn't received my transcript. The supervisor informed me that no one could locate my package. I give one star only because the supervisor expressed his understanding for my frustration and at least tried to rectify the situation. It won't be rectified however because an investigation is only an ineffective corporate measure designed to benefit UPS. read more

We came to UPS today to fax some documents. We got them faxed successfully however when the cashier told us the price we were dumbfounded. 18$ to fax 8 sheets of paper! He never once told us the price and we never asked because as a big named well known organization like UPS is, we assumed that they would charge the standard faxing price as USPS and FedEx does. We were WRONG. He gave us a smart alick look when we responded to the cost and never once gave an explanation to why he never notified us of the price before the fax was done. Bad customer service and we will never be coming to UPS again. USPS all the way! If you need to fax something please DO NOT visit a UPS store. They will rip you off with their unethical business antics! Hopefully someone in management will see this and realize this pricing needs to be changed and the customer service at this location needs to be improved.
