I've been here on several occasions to drop off Amazon returns and a few packages. The Amazon return process is pretty smooth, especially when they don't require the item to be packaged. Beware some Amazon returns require you to pack them up. Unfortunately, they don't tell you that - however, that is on Amazon. However, the few times I've had to drop off packages, I've ran into issues. Once the label I printed wasn't able to be scanned and they wanted to charge me $5 to reprint a label because their scanner couldn't read it. Couldn't they just type the numbers in the system for free? I wouldn't have been as upset about the $5 if it didn't come with attitude. And this issue was pre-COVID-19, so they cannot use it as an excuse. Honestly, it is close to me so I will continue to drop things off there. However, I don't picture ever truly recommending it. read more

Sooo disappointed. I brought them items to pack so I could check it as luggage on the plane. They put it in such a huge box, I couldn't carry it nor even fit it in my car. When I asked them to redo they told me that's the best they could do and they didn't have the necessary boxes to pack it smaller. I can't tell you how much they let me down! read more

The initial contact with the people in the store went very well. They were both helpful and I felt confident leaving my package to be packed and shipped by them. However, my package never arrived. I am almost a month into trying to contact someone at the store for them to start a lost package claim. I have sent two emails with my email and phone information and I have left a voicemail. To date there has been no response! The only way that a lost package claim can get started is by the original store that the package was sent from. If they don't respond to voicemail or to email contact we as the general public have no recall! And calling customer service is not helpful either. They just send a link for you to file the claim. My husband and I are not tech savy so this is a dead end for us. No one will walk you through a claim. I am particularly frustrated and angry since this package had an item from my grandmother, family pictures and the last gift that I gave to my mother for Mothers' Day. Not only is there sentimental value but the value of my grandmother's antique lamp. I am out the cost of packing and shipping as well as the extra that I paid for the insurance to cover the value of the item. Enter and ship at your own risk. I will never be using this store franchise. read more

I'd give zero if that was an option. This place is a disaster. I receive emails saying they are the experts in packing. I brought them a large jewelry box to pack and ship and they did a horrible job packing and when the item was received, it was broken in many pieces, with the doors hanging off. Stay away from this place! They cannot pack. I would only use them to drop off an already well-packed item. read more

I walked in store 12/16, I had two college books that need to be back in bookstore, I did get receipt thank god. Tracking says label created and I even spoke to someone yesterday he said that is strange ....I just checked again nothing,. Ups is going to need to reimburse my college for these books, I also left 3 voicemails and no one has returned call, let me add music was so loud in store i could not hear myself think. Horrible horrible horrible customer service! The woman with the short hair is rude and lacks common courtesy. One would think that if you work in a customer facing position you would be somewhat polite and kind. However this is not the case. It takes for ever to simply drop off a package. Avoid at all costs - this location is a time suck. read more

This is a great store close to our home and run by a personable staff. We have sent tons of stuff to our daughter in college and parents out of town. Never a problem. They also do a good job trying to maintain the social distancing in the location. read more

I ship stuff weekly and I typically go to every other UPS store in the area. This by far is the worst store in the area, every time I come here is spend 20 min standing in line waiting with prepaid labels printed and taped. Whether it's fully staffed or 1 person working the same outcome. This is also the only store that REQUIRES YOU TO GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO SHIP. When I asked why, the employee says The store manager is requiring it. All the other store take your package and print you a receipt, no questions asked. read more

Went to mail a box for business. Saw two people in the back dealing with boxes. When I rang the bell, the woman replied, "Can't you see we're busy back here?" Gee, I thought a live customer was more important than back room work. Next time I'll drive the extra miles to go to Plymouth Meeting where the customer comes first and rudeness is nonexistent. read more

During Christmas week-Mailed 3 packages. Labels got crossed on 2 packages. I called on Saturday and was told Monday Manager would get back to me. No call on Monday, I called Tuesday staffer said Manager was working on it yesterday and will get back to me. Later Tuesday, Manager called and said she doesn't work on Monday and she just got in and my message. Meanwhile since it was Christmas week, I corrected their mistake myself. Manager only conveyed what owner told her to do, I was very upset considering it was inconvenient to 3 families during Christmas week. I spoke to the owner Mark he stated he would refund me. I emailed the receipts and he replied to confirm he would mail a check and nothing has been sent since 12/23/20. If uses them at Blue Bell/Pottstown double check their work otherwise you would have to their work for them!!! read more

Is UPS really hurting that bad they need to charge $1 to tape a small Amazon box? Why can't the UPS brand be consistent across all of their stores? Multiple other ups franchised owned stores have put a piece of tape without an issue. FedEx office will literlly H tape the seams with multiple pieces to ensure my box is safe. Very much a rip off in today's customer service world. Do yourself a favor and go to a different UPS store or visit a corp FedEx office for stellar service and for COMPLIMENTARY PIECES OF TAPE. read more

Thou service I received was five stars the address on the yelp page is incorrect when I asked the employee they said that they didn't want to pay yelp the $80 to change the name. I felt that was a little bit unprofessional and honestly UPS stores make enough money to afford an $80 switch. On a rainy day like today it is very inconvenient to log your boxes in and out of two different shopping centers. read more

Copies are very very expensive as compare to other UPS store. Usually i paid $21 to other UPS and $47 at Blue bell UPS for the same copies. This store charge 15 cent per copy and other UPS store near area ( 3-6 miles away ) charge just 6 cent or 7 cent per copy. When asked the lady about why your store charge more than double, she said thats depend on store to store. There was other person , dont know who (staff or customer) , in the waiting area , looks very high , said its Blue bell area that's why i have to pay more here. I will suggest plz check the price and compare before you purchase any items. Don't do copies there. You can save more than 50% with nearest UPS. read more

This is the best UPS store in the area. They are friendly, careful, and efficient. I never have to wait. They always tape my boxes up carefully, and send them to the right place, and their promise dates are always accurate. I haven't had such excellent service at other UPS stores. read more
