The guy the runs the place was amazingly helpful & made sure I knew how to track everything. It was reasonably priced & I felt good as a consumer supporting local business. Last year I was sending stuff to my friend in the military & had my daughter with me. She loved the place because they have something for kids to play with, fun things to buy too! She didn't want to leave! Great service!!!

Told me I had to go to the distribution center to pick up packages. Called distribution on monday just to be told my packages were at the UPS store and that the employee was new. Went back on Tuesday (driving from manistee) just to have the same worker tell me again that they are not a pick up point. And again got extremely rude. Another worker finally asked our name and got our packages while the other employee continued to berate us telling us they don't handle packages. After this experience I will never work with them again. Not looking for a generic apology. After reading other reviews it seems this is a trend with you.

Some of the services they offer are passport photos, shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, and the other major carrier that is 3 letters long and starts with a D (I have a terrible memory and that's the only reason I'm not listing that company's name). They also rent mail boxes. Need a bag of packing peanuts they'll get you fixed up. Need to send money via Western Union yep, they can do that too. Need to fax something, yep another thing they can do. Price wise I suspect they may be a little higher than some places, but for a small company I think they do good at not over inflating their pricing. I've always received friendly service so that's a very good thing they've got going for them. Stop in and see them if you need one of their services (which I'm sure there are several I've not mentioned) and I'm sure you'll be as happy with them as I am.
