I placed a custom sweatshirt order in early July after meeting in person. From the start, communication was inconsistent and required repeated follow-ups on my end. I was repeatedly told the order was "in process" and given shifting timelines that were never met. In October, I was informed the factory had dropped the request and that we were "back in line." I agreed to continue the order with a 3-4 week timeline so the sweatshirts could still be ready for Christmas. After confirming this, I heard nothing again. In December, I was told the order was considered a "dead issue" -- despite no cancellation ever being communicated to me and despite me waiting for a design or completion date that never came. To date, no design was ever provided, no sweatshirts were produced, and no resolution was offered. Delays happen. What's unacceptable is months of poor communication, changing explanations, and a complete lack of accountability. If this order could not be fulfilled, that should have been communicated clearly and early -- not after half a year of stringing a customer along. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a complete inability to manage or follow through on even a small custom order. (Around 10 custom hoodies) I would strongly caution anyone who needs reliability, clear communication, or adherence to timelines before placing an order here.
