You still need cash to purchase the card to operate the machines. Also, the "triple load" washer is smaller than my front loader at home. The only complaint I have about the place is that one of the attendants likes to smoke which is fine but it seems like she does it out the back door or something and the whole place stinks of cigarette smoke when she does this. When I'm washing my clothes I don't want them coming out of there stinking of smoke. My advice would be to smoke with the door closed or smoke elsewhere so it doesn't come into the building. Other than that though I would pick this place over pretty much every other in the Big Rapids area.

It was my first time here, and probably my last simply to a really unfortunate situation. Although…read morethe business was clean, it's not safe to do anything other than watch your laundry. I was working on my computer at the only table in the place, and a child took my SD card out of my computer and put it into the vending machine within 3 feet of me and the 30-seconds it took to take my pillows to the dryer. It took almost 2 hours searching for it. The parent was not watching the kids the entire time they were there prior to the incident, but were very helpful and apologetic in helping me look for my card. The attendant was also very helpful in talking with the owner (who wasn't on site) to watch the cameras to see who took my things. The place is insanely busy, and most kids tend to be playing around the place and doors. Don't expect to come here and get additional work done while doing your laundry.

Went tho tge Grand Haven store and the gal was a doll helping me. She located the item in Spring Lake. I went over there and had a nice chat and giggle with the windowtaker (I made that up) about the mixup. She also was very pleasant. Oh, and the cleaning is fabulous. This was a vintage wool kilt that I was picking up. I have my heavy full length faux furs cleaned there and they turn out wonderful.
