Complaint Regarding Delivery Failure - Tracking #1Z1WE1024209387418 I am submitting a complaint regarding the handling of my delivery for tracking number 1Z1WE1024209387418. I initially received a notification that the package required a signature and would be delivered March 5, 2026 between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM. When the package had not arrived after 4:00 PM, I contacted UPS and was told the delivery would occur by 9:00 PM that evening. The package was not delivered that day. The following day, UPS attempted delivery at 2:33 PM, at which time no one was home to sign for the package. When I saw the notice, I immediately called UPS and was told the driver's supervisor would be contacted and that I needed to be home at 6:30 PM for a redelivery that evening. I made arrangements to be home at that time, but no delivery occurred. I then called UPS again and spoke with a supervisor named Rudra, who informed me that the package would not be delivered until the next day, although he could not confirm a delivery time. The system was showing a delivery window of 12:15 PM - 4:15 PM, but there appeared to be no coordination between customer service and the actual delivery operations. This situation required me to adjust my schedule multiple times and potentially miss work based on inaccurate delivery information and commitments that were not honored. Customers should not be expected to take multiple days off work due to unreliable delivery windows and inconsistent communication from UPS representatives. This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects very poor service and lack of coordination within UPS operations. I would appreciate clarification on how this situation occurred and what steps UPS will take to prevent similar issues in the future. read more

I rarely need to mail something at UPS and I find this store is closed more than it's open. Highly unreliable. At least 4 times I'm driven up to find a note taped to the door. Complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs - safe yourself the frustration. read more

They have always been very friendly and efficient. I was returning several large boxes of lamps that filled up my car. The employee came to my car with a big dolly to load them all up. read more

Having had disappointing service at other UPS Store locations, I did not originally set out to stop here. I could not locate the other place I was looking for, so i stopped in to mail a gift to a friend. It was around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, and the place was pretty empty, so the employee was fast to assist me. Employees are wearing masks and there are dividers and sanitizer stands. The gentleman who assisted me was super easy to work with, very friendly, and he was very personable. Within about 10 minutes, everything was packed, protected, paid for, and i was out the door with an estimated delivery date of Monday. Easy breezy. Bonus.... about 11am on Saturday (the very next day...), I get a message from my friend thanking me profusely for the package.... wow... two days earlier than expected (which was great bc they were home and not at work to receive it)! For the past year they have been rude almost every time I go there and I will no longer frequent their business. I've lived in Europe and am used to their lesser standard of customer service but this level of rudeness is worse than anything I've seen. Wow. I can't believe how easy it is the return things now. Amazon emailed me a code that they could scan to print the return label. All I had to do was pay for the shopping bag and I was done. Nice place as well. Clean, roomy and they also have post office boxes there. I'm going to start returning things more often! read more

I was mailing a fairly large box of Christmas gifts to my fiancé in France. I've used USPS before so I'm familiar with the required customs paperwork and what kind of info is needed but my experience here was just completely unhelpful from the very start. First, the employee helping me sort of looked at me like I was crazy and responded with "Are you sure? That's going to be too expensive." I knew mailing a large box international was going to be expensive and but I haven't seen my fiancé in almost a year so it was going to be worth it to get him some presents no matter what. Within the first 5 minutes of me providing some of the info like items with approximate weights and values, she had to call for help twice. The first time no one responded. Then her computer kept trying to send my package to Paris even though the street address and postal code I was providing is 5 hours from Paris in another city. She said she was able to manually correct it but by this time I was already concerned. The final straw for me was when I asked if there was a way to make sure the package is left even if there is no one to sign for it. Because I can't control when it would be delivered in France and therefore couldn't know if he would be home or not. She told me no and that actually they had just had a package sent back all the way from Canada for that same issue. With Christmas right around the corner and a lot of money invested in these gifts I just couldn't ignore the warning signs. I told her I was just going to take the package to the USPS post office. I went to my favorite location over on Perkins road across from Perkins Rowe and they were able to ship it no problem for $99, which was also cheaper than it was going to be at UPS. No trouble with the address or the computer or anything. So easy and next time I will listen to my gut and just go straight there first. read more

I went to drop off a return only to discover I was suppose to print out a label. When asked how much it would cost it was $1.93! To print 1 copy. Grr!!! read more

These people make the brand UPS look bad. I went in to request a return on my AT&T gateway, first of all the young man that was there was unprofessional wearing a skull cap in the summer and didn't greet me. I didn't get a chance to put my package down before He told me that goes to Fedex not us. So i left called At&t to check this since I live less than 5 minutes from this store. At&t reassured me that they could take my return. So returned back to the store with package and bar code in hand and now this rude lady caucasian about 5'2 with blonde hair was even nastier. I made her aware that I just left the store and the young man rejected me without even looking at it . No apologies from this lady just a rude oh he didn't know this was for At&t. She scanned it and just nastily said it rejected. I asked her if I could call At&T to see if there is some kind of error. While i was trying to connect with At&T she made me aware they close in five minutes and literally threw my gateway back in the box When i say threw it in the box the counter vibrated. So i kindly told her I don't think you should throw electrical equipment like that . Well needless to say I took my return and left . I often wonder why a store in such a high traffic area is never busy . Well this is the reason beautiful building, great location, horrible customer service. I will run to Fedex on College. Convenient location. Helpful staff. They'll even box up your old Directv equipment for you when you cut the cord. I did. Saving so much money! I consider myself an electronics nerd but for some reason I stuck with satellite tv. The live options on streaming internet services are really good these days. Save yourself some money and ditch the patriarchy. read more

HAS THIS HAPPENED TO YOU? I have always loved using this store at Towne Center, but I am getting very uneasy as to whether my Amazon returns are actually getting mailed by them. Three times in the past 6 months, they've scanned my QR Code, I've given them the returns & Amazon then almost immediately texts me that they are crediting my Amazon Prime CCard. The little white receipt with only numbers, no item names on it, is then usually discarded by me since Amazon has sanctioned the return. Then, 3 times recently, about 3-4 weeks later, I've gotten an email from Amazon telling me they never received the goods!!! When I went back to the UPS Store & inquired as to what happened, they asked to see my receipt which I didn't keep!!! I still had the QR Codes, but they said those were useless. What??? I am out over $300 in merchandise that I returned but it somehow vanished after handing it over. This Store has really changed. Didn't greet me, didn't tell me to give her a sec, NOTHING... 8 frickin minutes i stood there and she said nothing and continued doing whatever she was doing behind that computer. Luckily the younger girl that was with another customer finished up and then took me but still nothing from this woman. Not so much the store, just UPS in general. When they lose packages, they do not take responsibility - they shift the blame to the sender. Then you have no recourse - you lose your package and they cannot process a refund. If you like gambling with your money, or you just have excess to lose, then use UPS. read more

Awsome service. Fast, easy and friendly. In and out in a snap. Nice when things work like they are supposed to.

The service was very prompt. The person behind the counter was very helpful. This is not the first time I have gone to this store and I have never had a problem. My only complaint would be that the store smells like everyone who works there has a chain smoking habit. I was glad that the service was prompt because it would have started been difficult to continue breathing. It is very pungent! I also don't appreciate it since I have a small child and I'm not a smoker. read more

My visit to this store was far from a good experience. I stopped out of convenience, but wouldn't recommend others and will definitely not return. This location is extremely messy and had a strong smoking odor. Boxes and supplies were EVERYWHERE. The signage inside was lacking and inside was not welcoming. The service was okay, but far from stellar. And to add to the poor visit, they don't give you a heads up prior to each small item charge when packing. Do not come here! I was not greeted with a friendly warmth like I am at other locations. An older woman did not understand what I wanted, did not agree with the project that I was making, and encouraged me to find an alternative elsewhere. She was quite rude, and there were two other people working there who never spoke to me or assisted this woman in helping me. It's unfortunate that this store is unorganized, unfriendly, and unwelcoming to customers. It's more unfortunate that this location is less than 1 mile from my home, but I have to travel much further to go to a location that is much more friendly and deserves my business. EDITED to note that the older woman who was so terrible is actually the manager!! Please avoid this location!! Or at least avoid her!! read more

I can't claim to know much about the performance of this location, but We came in to send a fax and the employee behind the counter was very accommodating. Even after a failed attempt and a wrong number he didn't lose patience. I will probably come back here since it's close to the house and seems to run efficiently. read more
