I get another door tag again without a reason of why they didn't deliver it so then I leave a note saying please deliver my package. I don't know what you need from me on the third day I get another door tag again without a reason. I tried to call the number and it's a robot that wouldn't let me talk to a real person. I tried to use the chat online and that's also a robot and there's no option to talk to a real person so today, I don't know where my package is. I don't know if I'll try to deliver it again. I don't know if it's gonna stay at the facility because I can't get in contact with anybody.

I do believe it was the manager, he had a cool mustache and he was helping the other worker as he assisted me and several other customers walking into the store. The guy was smooth and attentive to keep everything moving effortlessly. He disassembled a lamp to see if it would fit into a certain box he had in mind. He weighed the lamp and told me he would take care of the rest. He sent me on my way. I paid for Tuesday delivery and the lamp arrived in Portland by Friday, very early, which means he finished the packing and it went out the same day. Get customer service! I guess I have to attribute it to luck or timing, but every time I've gone there's been no--or virtually no--line, and the people working have always been polite and even friendly. The way the reviews depict this post office is the way I would depict the post office I normally use, though in fairness I've never had a bad experience there either. I already knew what I needed to have and had the paperwork already filled out, and if you're coming here to apply for a visa I suggest that you do to. Go online first and get all the details and forms you need, then go to a Walgreens or something and get a passport photo, and THEN come here. I don't remember what the fee was, but I also chose to have the application expedited so it was far more than normal. They accept credit or debit cards, but if you want to pay with cash you have to go get in line, if there is one, and purchase a money order (I decided to just pay with a card). I had no idea what applying for a visa would be like, but it was a lot easier than I would have thought; I was the only one there so I was in and out in fifteen minutes. Overall I prefer this post office to my usual one, but a post office is a post office in a lot of ways, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend that people go out of there way to come here, but if you're going to be near and you have mailing needs then try your luck here and maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised. Or maybe not, what do I know?
