The blond man is a jerk! You can't hear him and he's never happy or nice. Go somewhere else!

I had to mail out a package and both employees were friendly, polite and accommodating. I would return to this location again.

I don't come to this post office very often, as I live and work closer to the very convenient post…read moreoffice off of Commons near the mall, but I've come three times in the past year--though one of those times was actually to apply for a visa. I guess I have to attribute it to luck or timing, but every time I've gone there's been no--or virtually no--line, and the people working have always been polite and even friendly. The way the reviews depict this post office is the way I would depict the post office I normally use, though in fairness I've never had a bad experience there either. I already knew what I needed to have and had the paperwork already filled out, and if you're coming here to apply for a visa I suggest that you do to. Go online first and get all the details and forms you need, then go to a Walgreens or something and get a passport photo, and THEN come here. I don't remember what the fee was, but I also chose to have the application expedited so it was far more than normal. They accept credit or debit cards, but if you want to pay with cash you have to go get in line, if there is one, and purchase a money order (I decided to just pay with a card). I had no idea what applying for a visa would be like, but it was a lot easier than I would have thought; I was the only one there so I was in and out in fifteen minutes. Overall I prefer this post office to my usual one, but a post office is a post office in a lot of ways, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend that people go out of there way to come here, but if you're going to be near and you have mailing needs then try your luck here and maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised. Or maybe not, what do I know?

Even if they are like drowning in paper and tabs and binding covers - it's always a pleasure coming in to greet the team and pick up my stuff. My orders have always been printed accurately so far. I also like that when I walk in someone always greets me and says "hello" or "goodbye". For some reason that's huge. Thank you guys

We didn't find anything while looking so we went to leave (you have to exit through the line and past the register), my husband happened to look back & saw a Staples employee pointing her iPad at us, she quickly went to put it down & my husband saw the camera app open on her iPad. Clearly she thought we were stealing but soon realized we weren't as the sensors did not go off upon our exit. We have never in our lives stolen anything let alone committed a crime. I almost went back in to have it out with said employee, as we did not consent to have our picture taken. Not that it should matter, however, we were dressed causally (my husband was in a black tee & khakis while I was in an all black athleisure outfit), well groomed & literally just pursuing the store. Staples has officially lost our business given our atrocious experience.
