Terrible hours, rude staff and outrageous prices. I wouldn't even consider stopping here. I had an envelope that weighed less than 4 ounces going to states away they wanted $17 to mail it !!!!! Post Office wanted $4 priority. They are closed on Sundays and the staff is always aloof and acting like they're doing you a favor. Unable to ship anything without getting all your private information they are absolutely ridiculous they have lost my business read more

There isn't too much to say about a UPS store. This place is pretty basic. For a mail packaging store it definitely nicer than most I have been to. This store is nicely spaced out. The walls are painted and it is very neat and organized. Some other stores are like waking into the twilight zone! The staff is friendly and are more than willing to help you pack, ship, or create a label. Sometimes, I don't know what I need and they seem to always help me thoughts it. I use them often as I am always shipping things to my family across the border. What I like most is that they are open until 7:00pm. Most places close earlier. They are reasonably priced for boxes and packing materials. They have shipped some fragile items for me and haven't broken a single one! I'm glad they are in my neighborhood. Reliable. Fast. Efficient. Friendly. These are words that immediately come to mind when thinking about the UPS Store in Aurora. And, I should know, b/c I've been dropping off packages here for years on nearly a daily basis - it's to the point where I often feel like Bill Murray's character in "Groundhog Day." The manager, Trudy, takes care of her customers and gives peace of mind to those shipping important items with critical delivery dates. I have confidence that every package I ship (typically for work purposes but occasionally for personal items) will be wrapped adequately, delivered on-time, and for a good price. I am happy to say that somehow I've never had less than a stellar experience here and am thankful to have this well-run establishment so close. read more

Had a terrible experience here recently. I went in needing a 13 page spiral binding document printed within 15 minutes if they were able to do it. They seemed unsure, but were willing to try After fiddling around for 10 minutes organizing boxes he asks me for my flash drive and prints my document. and then after printing it asks "You didn't want it in color did you?" -- Yes, I need it in color ::walks back and prints color version:: ::Works on putting the spiral bounding in the document:: ::brings document to me:: The tops and bottoms were cut off of every page. Hopefully this is not indicative the normal customer service at this UPS, but this was BAD. read more

This is the greatest place on earth. I'm not even joking. The customer service is amazing and the employees have their ish together. It was quick and easy and EVEN pleasant. The UPS store is such an amazing resource for me and my company. We print very large orders with this store every month and they are always so helpful and fast and are able to have our printed material to us the same day orders are placed. Printing quality is horrible and so is dealing with the owner. He is always awfully bad tempered and has zero customer service. Terrible.
