Horrible store! My son sent my birthday present Monday and asked the associate to ship UPS so that is arrives Wed . After my son noticed that the tracking number was for the Post Office and no tracking history , the associate said he decided to ship USPS because it was cheaper. We have yet to receive tracking history on the package . The Post office confirms they have never received . The store manager has yet to reach out to us! We will be contacting UPS store headquarters and BBB on Monday . read more

Horrible store! Made an appointment for a notary on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. received the confirmation email for the appointment. Went to the store and the notary did not show up. Do not rely on these people! Apparently they make appointments with no intention of fulfilling the obligation. If you need a notary never, ever go to this store. read more
