Dropped off a package that was returned to me. The return label was double-sided and had directions for the return. Don't know what happened to it because the new label on the box only had my address on it. Was told I needed to reach out to the company or pay for shipping because of their employees mistake. I will never use this location again. read more

Hubby and I came here to ship a ton of stuff back to Oregon. Upon entering the store I asked if they had a cart to use and they came out to help us unload. The owner and his employee were super helpful in getting our stuff sent off across the country. It wasn't cheap but the owner inquired about our AAA status so we could get a discount. Woo-hoo! I recently had to ship a number of family items from Ohio to my home in California, including antique china and a marble top table. It was a very stressful and difficult time, and I wasn't able to pack the items myself. Jeff saved my life. He received all my stuff cheerfully, then carefully packed each treasured item, most of which were breakable and irreplaceable. Everything arrived safely, despite the delivery guy who dropped one of the boxes even though it was labeled fragile! When I need to ship items in future, Jeff and his team will definitely get my business. They are the best. read more
