Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. Not sure what I would do without The UPS Store. I am a government contractor and also have another…read morebusiness. For about the past 9+ years I have had a mail box with them and it is such a great thing for my businesses. I obviously don't want to use my home address for any of my business related mail and The UPS Store gives me a professional address. I am able to receive mail, packages and they'll even sign for certified or packages requiring a signature! I never have packages sitting in the rain or snow at my house because they all get sent to my UPS Store address! The employees are great and the owner is usually at the store overseeing the operations. When a business keeps long time employees it speaks volumes. Its nice stopping in daily to familiar smiling faces! The UPS Store sells boxes and supplies too. They also offer packaging, copy, fax, fingerprinting, and 3D printing services! Can't forget shipping too! The review from the Yelper who had an issue with their hours is not fair. I have been a customer prior to even having a mailbox and NEVER had an issue with them locking up or leaving early.. NEVER! I have and will continue to recommend The UPS Store!

She was warm and friendly, another thing not super common with costumer service in many places these days. She made sure I knew I could ask for help if I needed it, and she showed me she meant it when I did need assistance. Great staff, would be happy to return here!
