Murtaza and Mustafa demonstrated callous disregard to their customers and refused to even acknowledge any outreach after they abruptly closed their EBC mail service. The bottom line, they failed to fulfill even rudiments client support. Beware; they even disabled the "Review" section of the Express Business Center (EBC) website to avoid poor comments. Without notice they discontinued the EBC mail service just before Christmas. Returning January 2nd to collect my mail I found the door locked and a posting requiring me to schedule an appointment to even access my mailbox. The staff knew nothing of the details of the closure and attempts to speak to Murtaza or Mustafa were relegated to a subordinate, who wouldn't even directly return my e-mail requesting details about the closure. By the way, over the Christmas holiday, they lost four (4) credit card statements, a real estate tax bill and a bank statement. I spent more time contacting financial institutions correcting the brother's tactlessness than they spent considering the impact on their customers. Deal with Murtaza and Mustafa at your own peril. read more

The store manager lacks customer service skills. My package was not sent as it day in the store, per FedEx shipping history, for 4 days before it was sent. I paid for shipping and was *promised* 3 day delivery per store help. Needless to say package took 7 days to arrive and it was for too the negligence of the store for not having it picked up on time. Store owner took zero accountability suggesting FedEx is to blame. read more

I used EBC's notary and then paid for USPS 2 day delivery to send the documents.The post office never received my package. The tracking shows that it was accepted by EBC. I went back to EBC they couldn't tell me what happened to my package. Big mistake using them instead of going directly to post office for shipping documents. read more

Paid to have an envelope shipped overnight and 2 days later it still hasn't shipped. Finally, after calling to check on it, EBC looked into it and they tell me it should arrive tomorrow. I think they just forgot to ship it the day I dropped it off. No offer of a refund, either. The moral: never use this place if you need to ship overnight! read more

Really friendly and did a terrific job packing some fragile heirlooms for a shipment across the country to California. It was actually fun chatting and working with them on options for packing. I've been a customer here for years and I always thought it was a wonderful place. However, they have put a young girl in charge as "manager" and ever since then, the customer service has taken a drastic turn for the worse. I had a package shipped to me there because they are listed on the UPS website as an official shipment pick up place. The girl insisted that I would have to pay a $25 fee for having it shipped there. Very primitive thinking girl. I told her it was a misunderstanding and that would never have anything sent there again but she continued to stand her ground. Why would anyone willingly send a package to a place where they were going to have to pay $25 fee just for the place to receive it? So it was clear I was not aware of this. And why does it cost them $25 to store a package for a few minutes? When I explained that there was no way I could've known this, she just kept repeating that they were listed as a "service center" on the UPS website. That means nothing to me as a customer. When I came in to pick up my package, she was incredibly rude, refused to even acknowledge me and said curtly to her coworker "can you get her package". She needs to not take it personally that she did not "win" the battle. Good managerial skills mean thinking outside the box. You would be treated better if you sent your food back in a restaurant. Managers know to please the customer. What is it going to kill them this one time to not charge me $25 when I have promised I would never send anything there again now that I actually KNOW their stupid rule.
