Unable to Honor a Customer Promise…read more A representative told me to place my order online and assured me it would be printed the same day. After he left, another representative named JP refused to honor that commitment. JP first said he had not heard the conversation but would call the original representative to verify it. When I asked him to make the call, he immediately backed away from doing so. The entire interaction felt dismissive, unprofessional, and showed a serious lack of accountability. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a multibillion-dollar company. FedEx should hold itself to a much higher standard and ensure that commitments made to customers are honored.

It was not the same price that was listed online - it was higher, but the coupon made it close to the online price. I feel like they should have honored the online price as a matter of customer service, so I was disappointed because using the coupon with the online price would have been a great deal. The pictures were fine though. They did a decent job, no wait although it was busy. Then he will make you BEG for a receipt even though you have been dropping off stuff for shipping for YEARS and knows you like a receipt. Why would I drop off anything without a receipt? Some of the other staff, a black guy and Asian lady, are great. They are professional and polite. I am currently working on a PhD & need tons of supplies and to print and make copies but I would rather go further away to another print/copy place than buy anything from this rude place. The owner acts like he is doing a huge favor by accepting your parcels for shipping even though he gets a fee per package. Oh well, they can keep up this attitude and continue to lose money. I hope UPS sets up in store in this neighborhood. A professional store where they treat all customers well, white and non-white, is sorely needed in this neighborhood. I absolutely DREAD going to this place.
