    I never leave bad reviews, it has to be a very extreme circumstance for me to do it; however, I…read morereceived the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I was trying to get an item printed up for my small business (which is part of why I never leave bad reviews, because I understand what it's like trying to run a business). I called my order in because it was technically a reorder of a print I just got done the previous day but needed more of. The person over the phone told me that they should have it done that day. I went in that day to check on it and they told me, oh there's no way we'll have it done because our printer is down. I understood and left. I checked the following day just to be told that they don't take orders over the phone and no one would have put my order in. I explained it would have been nice to know that when I came in to check on my order the previous day, as I am relying on this order for my business. My response was basically oh well, no one put your order in and we don't have it. I was in shock to be treated in such a flippant, disregarded way. I would be absolutely embarrassed for a customer to come into my shop and get treated in that manner. I then tried calling corporate to report the matter but could not get a representative to answer the phone! I was trying to call just to report the situation in a private way, but since there was no way for me to privately settle the matter, I felt compelled to leave a review.

    I called Staples searching for a 22" computer monitor and the employee told me that they had one in…read morestock. So I drove there and asked for the monitor. The employee and I walked to the shelf, but what she thought was a monitor, wasn't. So she called her manager to ask if they had the monitor in stock and the manager climbed a ladder to the top shelf across the store and found the monitor. I was happy that they had one in stock. I was the only customer in the store. I don't know how these stores are keeping their doors open. Anyway, they were fast and friendly and they had what I needed. Recommend!

Worked for this company last year & they were charging the drivers for fuel deducting the money out of our checks, total rip-off company scamming drivers to the max if you ever have problems and call the company to let them know they're going to say they can't interfere between you and the fleet owners which is rediculous because they pay the fleet owners. This company mission is to keep they're fleet owners happy & they will go to extreme lengths to do that including totally disregarding the drivers & our safety which is supposed to be #1 priority. I'm surprised OSHA hasn't shut this crooked company down they should be ashamed of themselves for even having this nerve of treating hard working American citizens in the manner that they do. Panthers' main concern is you getting the load to the consignee on time your safety isn't a priority as I have documents to prove of unsafe equipment but the fleet manager still insisted that I drive thousands of mile across the country & deliver the load & get the problem fixed afterwards which it never did. Lies on top of lies on top of lies. Last but not least totally unorganized from wrong delivery dates to loads that have already been picked up by other company drivers no compensation just a lot of waisted time time away from home & family also several days of no freight moving this is a play play Trucking company don't believe go experience for yourself & enjoy.
