I stayed home for the day to ensure I was there for a delivery notice sent by UPS. Package was listed as delivered at days end. Just not to my home. After some poking around I discovered it was sent to the UPS store on South Fraser Way, Abbotsford. I went to the store and the woman behind the counter was on a personal call. I stood there waiting while she ignored my to talk on her phone. When I held an inquisitive look for long enough. She interrupted the call and says to me in a gruff and impatient tone "what is it?". I tell her I was instructed to come to the store for my package. She demanded my tracking # and I had not made note of that so offered my government ID. All throughout this she made it very clear that I was an annoyance. She asked my name, looked at my ID then turned to several boxes on the floor behind her, asking when the package was out for delivery (the day prior. I told her and said it was a Costco delivery and said it would be a small box. She picked up two boxes and looked at the name then went to the back for a couple minutes. She came back out and said it's not here, that I needed a tracking number, that I should contact customer service. I went to my.vehicle and checked to see if I could get the tracking #. Finding it, I returned to the desk and showed the tracking #. She picked up THE SAME PACKAGE she had looked at earlier and states "yeah, here it is". This is the third time of the 4 times I went to this store that I've been treated rudely by the desk staff. The woman didn't even bother with condescending and was just rude. If you're a bit masochistic visit this store. Otherwise AVOID IFVPOSSIBLE. read more

If you have a package containing an expensive item, avoid this UPS store. These people are not trustworthy. They don't give you proof of shipment, and you won't receive their SMS. Other UPS centers will automatically give you proof of shipment without asking for it. read more

I have been to this business twice in the last week. First time to drop off a parcel , second time to pick up a parcel . Different counter people served me but both times I left there feeling like I had just been an annoyance in their day. I will avoid this store in the future. read more

I called them to find out if they had my package and they said I needed a notice #. I told them I had my tracking number and they refused to help directing me to the UPS customer service line. I asked if it was a direct line - they said yes, I think so. It was not. After several button choices, I went on hold and got to the customer service where they took my tracking number and redirected back to this location saying I only needed my tracking number to pick up my package. In other words, they wasted about 15+ minutes of my time making me call another phone line despite the fact that I called the right location to start with. They are indeed the location with my package and the fact that they gave me the runaround when I'm in a rush is highly annoying. read more

Phoned The UPS Store in Abbotsford on 604-855-9923 to correct a wrong address on some packages that could not be delivered and the guy sounded like he was half-asleep and just not interested. He sounded like he was literally just out of bed and still not fully awake. Fobbed me off telling me to call the main 1800 UPS number - I acknowledged that, and he didn't even say goodbye, see ya, ok, ....nothing - Think he fell asleep again. Sorry I disturbed his mid-day nap. I then called the main 1800 number only to be transferred to (fobbed off again) another department; Then the line just went dead. I just wish UPS could handle a simple address change easily instead of fobbing people off to different departments - it frustrates customers to be sent from one department to another, with nobody actually willing to help. read more

Holy catfish. This place is the worst. The lady is rude and incredibly mean. I called head office to complain. She yelled at me and asked "what was wrong with me?" When I told her head office said my parcel was there. She rolls her eyes and continues doing her work until she is ready to assist you. Simply terrible. read more

The people that run this place are a bunch of thieves. Had to ship a game console to Ontario for repair. Shipping was paid was paid for by the manufacturer but I needed a box. I was charged $10 for a cardboard box! Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Drop my parcel off at the Abbotsford location in BCI I asked a guy Are you going to scan it when I get to It i'm very worried he's not going to scan the it is expensive item. I won't go there again I do not like your attitude there I am going to complain to the head office about this store too many complaints on line I don't know how they stay in business. read more

Will never make mistake of coming here again. Very overpriced shipping with UPS in general. But staff ended up going a bit too far with packaging and ended up going from 59$ to ship to 98$ ..? When did some bubble wrap end up costing 30$. Totally regret my decision read more

Use some other courier. When there's an issue they have no answers and just pass you off to someone else or call back tommorow etc etc. Not professional. read more

These people are perfect example of "passive aggressive". I've never seen anyone communicate such distaste for a small package that is her livelihood. She kind of picked it up with as few fingers and the least amount of effort to let it plunk down onto the counter, no words have been uttered yet, she stared stonily at the computer screen, so I picked it up to leave but she tsked me to wait and we stood in silence while she typed a bunch of numbers into the computer, then she grudgingly turned to the printer and put a piece of paper in front of me, so, seeing a place to sign, I did. Then she walked away; I was dismissed, I guessed, so I took my package and left. She never uttered a word. read more
