The haircut was like a thick bowl cut with 2 long layers underneath I allowed the haircut to sit for a few weeks but it was still terrible. I ended up going to a different salon who fixed my hair as much as they could but ultimately said that layer needs to grow out. I don't mind paying good money for a good service but this is terrible.

I opted for the "Deva Treatment" for curly hair that included a dry cut, wash and deep conditioning, then styling. The care that went into the cut and showing me how to style it moving forward was very much appreciated. I recommend the treatment as a first visit but future visits can only be the dry cut (making it only just more than double what I would normally pay ‍). Also, it took about 3 hours for the cut, wash, deep conditioning, & styling...another reason to only do the dry cut in the future. I'm not really sure I can justify the cost too much to return but I'm also not sure I can say that I've ever loved a haircut like I do this one. Four stars is mainly for price. Five stars for everything else.

They walked right up to the carwash area, spotted my car and guided me back to their door. confetti and brownie points yet again. I was brought to the second floor. A young lady helped with washing my hair, and then I got moved to Umber's booth. Umber is super nice, efficient. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered. I wanted my hair with a tiny curl inward and she did it. She also applied some products so that I could keep my hair perfectly styled just in case it started to drizzle! I walked out feeling amazing. My hair was done just right and I was ready for the wedding.... They have a good collection of hair products. I also found some really nice refrigerator magnets. We picked out polishes and then started the pedicure before moving on to the manicure. I was there for about 100 minutes total (some of the reviews said three hours, so I was relieved). Tina is METICULOUS and so nice. She has been doing nails for 30 years, and it shows! She was able to recommend what would look best, my cuticles look amazing, and the pedicure didn't even tickle me like it normally does. I paid $70 for both, and tips are cash only. This is not the place for an upscale, pampering spa day--it could use some updating, instruments didn't come in sterilized peel packs, etc.--but the price is right for a standard and high-quality mani/pedi.

The quality of the blowout was fine and looked good, but they ended up charging me $80, almost double the price just for extra length.
